    Stallers

I was just curious - what are everyone's known stallers personally? I.E. not drinking at least 120 oz water per day, not walking 2 hours per week, any amount of maltitol, etc.

Just wanted to see what people have to stay away from or abide by to keep the weight loss going.

    Thanks!

Haven't discovered any yet. Drink green tea daily, some days I will be lucky to get 50oz of water (some I will get 200oz), I constantly break the 3 sweetener rule (have 2 lg. green teas with 2 cream 2 sweetener from Tim Hortons everyday). I have yet to have any of it hold me back, yet...

Sugar alcohols (i.e. sugarless gum and lowcarb Frankenfood *treats*) get me every time!

Too much dairy, not enough carbs (meaning veggies), not enough water, protein too close to bedtime, too much sucralose.

It's a delicate balancing act, for sure

I will ONLY weigh once per week! I will refer to DANDR 2002 and this forum when I have questions. I will revel in new recipes, new clothes, and the new feeling of being happy in my skin. I will hold myself accountable to do this the right way, without excuses, because I know that Atkins is the best thing for my health and happiness. I. Will. Succeed!

Too much dairy!!! I finally wised up and cut the dairy and have lost the 2 pounds I gained on Rung 2.
