    Salt, and adding exercise.

Hit the 30 # loss mark today. Gained 3 #s last week, but lost all that plus three more this week!

After losing about 15 #s, i was amazed how much better my body could handle salty foods. Before my blood pressure would shoot from excess water in my body from the carbs (if i remember correctly from the atkins book).

Time to add exercise! I did several hours of manual labor this week and i think it really helped.

Time to think about OWL, too!

Congrats on your progress. I agree, with OWL. I waited until I went to OWL Rung 1 to start adding exercise. I had lost 54 pounds with dieting alone. I think I may have stayed in extended induction longer than I needed too, however I progressed when I felt I was ready and that helped me alot. Good luck on future progress and your weight loss journey.

        Great progress, ECD
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Thanks everyone! It's nice not having cravings all the time and still losing weight.

I went and check out OWL, and i'm actually on rung 4. I need to keep better records! Added almonds and strawberries recently.
