    Not according to the rules of induction, as the 20 net carbs is a maximum, not a minimum

    However, if you can choose some of the more carby vegetables on the two lists you would probably be also getting more nutrition in the way of vitamins etc from your vegetables
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      I don't really worry about the lettuce thing... it's just lettuce ... I know it's probably 2 to 3 cups loosely packed in cup... but even that depends on how finely you tear/cut it...

      so.. if you're really really really being meticulous... I guess you could weigh it... but the thing is.... learning to do this forever.... at restaurant salad bars and such...

      the things you add TO the salad can sabatoge the diet way more than an extra cup of torn lettuce.. in my opinion..


      it seems to me that this whole thing is designed to make life easier for us... not drive us crazy measuring every single gram..... so.. if it seems like too much lettuce for YOU... then maybe it is....

      (I don't think this is sounding the way I want it to.... I don't mean to blow off the rules of the diet.... just that things shouldn't worry us so much)....
