Things seem to be continuing well - really well in fact - but two questions. Does anyone else have trouble sleeping during the induction phase? And has anyone tried using flax meal to make bread? According to a pretty interesting low carb site, you can make a kind of focaccia bun using flax meal and it has like 1 net carb - and, of course, a pile of fibre. Sounds very cool if it is real.
