OKAY so yesterday I weighed in at 350.2 which was FANTASTIC because the day before it was 358.6 I KNOW I KNOW I should not have weighed myself for a week- well I got so darn excited I weighed again this morning and it said 356.0
I KNOW I KNOW I should have stayed off of it my hubby actually is going to take the scale he says
we will see.... anyways my food yesterday was for lunch 2 hamburgers w/ two slices of cheese a small tomato and a pickle w/ mayo- for dinner I had a pork chop and a cup of green beans ALOT of water throughout the day and some pork rinds w/ butter cinnamon and splenda as a snack-could the weight be water from the rinds cause of the salt???? Are green beans allowed-they only have 2 carbs in half a cup??? I mean I am still down but that 6lb gain really upset me
-I do feel like i am still in ketosis because of the metalic taste in my mouth and I have to force myself to want to eat I JUST DONT KNOW but I know you guys will PLZ give me some insight THANKS SO MUCH=
