lost 3.5lbs this week, after my 4lbs gain from holiday last week 
so onwards and downwards for this week, hoping to get under the 12st 6lbs mark which would mean losing 0.5lbs which i hope is doable.
got the jillian michaels 30day shred dvd yesterday and omg its so hard, but keeping with it and aiming for 5nights a week
