The more I read his articles the more I thought about how strange it all sounded. I did think he was extreme.
I started getting a little worried because I had been getting chest pains for a few days and one night I had a very rapid heart beat that scared me half to death and kept me up. That is why I was looking for reasons in the morning and I found that article. My husband thinks it was all just indigestion and now I agree with him.
