I'm looking to switch from a VLCD (which deals with Ketosis, too) to Atkin's, & I was wondering what kind of losses I should expect. I know that everyone differs but I'd love to know what your average is.. just so I have a general idea.
I'm 5'6 & 195lb, my goal is to get to around 140lb by Sept. This is doable on a VLCD, but is it doable on Atkins? I hope it is!
I've lost 15lb on my current diet, but it's taking a toll on my health & I'm going to switch over in a month (that's when all my food packs run out), so in the meantime I will be clueing up on Atkin's in hopes that it will work for me!
