      Yup I am listening to my doc but, I need to be a bit active cause it's driving me nuts. Doing some weight lifting won't hurt will it as long as I really take it easy. I will call the doc and see what he says cause I would hate to really hurt myself.

        I'm sure your doc explained to you that when we become anemic our body stops production of all other iron needing chemicals and when you return to a certain level it will again start making those chemicals. I found I was sleeping a lot better and had a lot more enrgy when my iron level came up just a bit.

        I know when I was down to 24 on my crit I felt terrible but when it was 27 I was feeling estatic but my doc said wait you are not better yet and told me I still had a long way to go to be normal and I learned about enzymes and stuff that used iron too.
        So don't let how you feel be the deciding factor. Wait for the doc cause comparedto how you were on day one day 7 will feel like you won the lottery.

          I understand and I am caught in somewhat of a whirlwind so much information and I am having problems comprehending it all and realing from all of this. Thank you 2Big for the info and your willingness to take the time to set me straight cause right now my mind is a mess. I am just trying to get to today and hopefully the next week will bring about some great changes in me and my energy level.
