Lately, my weight started creeping up towards the 180lbs. mark despite my having no changes in my diet and physical activity. After trying several things, I found out that the recommended 8 glasses plus 1 glass / 25lbs wasn't cutting it. After increasing my water intake to 14 glasses a day, I whooshed back down to 175lbs.
