I started my day like most days with a half of avocado. For breakfast which was an hour or so later I had 2 eggs over easy and 3 sausage links.

I didn't have time to fix something at home, but Hardee's has an awesome lo-carb breakfast bowl with scrambled egg, cheese, bacon, sausage & ham. It is the BEST ever.

I had a 3 egg omelet with a cup of mashed cauliflower. I couldn't eat the whole thing (not even half) so I brought the rest to work with me to snack on. It's almost time to go home and I still have some left!

Tomorrow morning though, I will have my eggs and bacon. I love bacon!! Weekends are my only time to cook those.
