I dont know how to say this, so bare with me...
My stomach is so HARD! In fact, so are my thighs, arms, butt -- every inch of me is HARD!!
I'm not losing (inches nor weight), altho I'm following the plan to a " T ". I drink my water and exercise.
I know by tweaking my eating plan a bit, the weight will come off so I'm not really worried about that :yikes
Should I be concerned that my body is HARD??? Shouldnt my body be more soft so the weight can come off?? What can I do to soften up?
