20/24 CHALLENGE
BOARDWIDE CHALLENGE
This is the award you can earn:

This challenge is for any member of the ADBB but
specifically targeting those who are not involved in any challenge or
are not doing any exercise.
The purpose of "boardwide" is to get as many members at one time involved.
Here's how simply the challenge works:
- Sign up in this thread
- Commit to doing 20 minutes of exercise in one 24 hour period.
- Tell us what exericse you're going to do
- Live up to your commitment
- Post your achievement
- Earn the award
The date this challenge will take place is
March 12, 2007.
During that day, do
20 SOLID MINUTES
of exercise.
Don't stop for a break, don't answer the phone, don't take a nap.
We want a solid 20 minutes of movement!
Suggestions for exercise would be but not llimited to:
- walk
- jog
- swim
- bike
- stability ball exercise
- yoga
- pilates
- weight training
- DVD workouts
- Slim in 6
- treadmill
This is possibly the easiest earned award on this board.
20 minutes in 24 hours..... now who couldn't do that?
While you're contemplating, take time to look through the challenges provided
by and hosted by other members of the ADBB. Perhaps, after you've gotten
your feet wet (with sweat
) you'll decide to join one!!!

On my lunch break I will power-walk for 20+ minutes!
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
