    I had 12 net veggie carbs today, April 26.

    I'm stuffed. I'm actually eating less meat and eggs cause of these veggies. I've got to be getting healthier, I can almost feel it.

          I am so NOT hungry today. Anyone else experiencing this? Also, have any of the maintainer/owl-ers out there lost weight? I lost .5 as of today, yay!

            lol sorta sillygirl! lol

            I will admit this is slightly feeling/getting my carb totals out of whack for the week, but it's good You know when you get into a routine of what you eat each day. Well I feel a bit like I've gone backwards on the OWL scale because I've had less of the berries this week because of the veggies. I'll see how I go next week with those little extra berries lol It wouldn't be a challenge if it was easy right?

                  OK here's a question:

                  Legumes means vegetables in French...sooooooooooooo does that mean I can count black beans as a veggie? Probably not huh...I guess I'd better hunt for something else to have with dinner tonight, even though I've already eaten 4 cups of veggies.

                        I am SO FULL! I have been eating way less this week, and not feeling hunger. I only weigh once a week (on Sundays), so I don't know yet if I have lost. I'm sure I have, though, because last Sunday I lost 2 pounds when I "practiced" for the veggie challenge for a few days. I had only lost a pound a week for the 3 weeks prior to that and none the week before that. Unfortunately, I will be expecting TOM sometime in the beginning of the next week (I'm PMS-ing already), so I will be sporting those few extra pounds that he always brings. I toyed with the idea of skipping the weigh-in on Sunday, but I decided to bite the bullet and get on the scale anyway then. It would be really cool if I lost weight even with TOM loomimg.

                        OK, for Thursday, April 26th - I'm happy to report 20 net veggie carbs.

                          18 net veggie carbs for me today. Had a hard time getting them in today -- in training at work all day and was at their veggie-less mercy. Had to make up for it with pumpkin for dinner!

                            Oh crap....I didn't do so well today. 12 net carbs...
                            But, I did do well with exercise!
                            And my pants are definitely baggy, where they were once quite filled out! I will redeem myself tomorrow.

                              re-starting atkins: 4/28/09 - 220.7 pounds
                              current weight as of:
                              goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.

                              **well...I had a cheat, after a great start- and I'm starting again...just because I owe myself a clean slate.
