    according to that chart, 250 mililiters is 8.45 ounces for the u.s. and 8.80 for the u.k.
    on another site:
    Answer: 500 ml = 16.9070 fl.oz. (US)
    so lets just say 17 ounces per 500

    that should give you the calculations needed to know how much you should be drinking per day.

                Courtney .. it's 3 and a half litres!
                64 fl oz .. ie .. 8 x 8 fl oz glasses is a shade under 2 litres .. 1.89 (if you want picky)

                US Fluid Ounces conversion calculators, tables and formulas to automatically convert from other volume units.
                Start weight 233 lbs .. 16 st 9 lbs ..105.8 kg (eek!!)
                .... looking to lose at least 2 stone .. (28 lbs .. for the Americans )

                              LOLLLLL!!! I usually have about 8 oz per day...finally got in 82oz before bedtime and 14 trips to the wee wee room... My boss is gonna go nuts!

                                guek, you just get me rolling sometimes. only 8 ounces? that's all you were drinking? girl we got do something about that!
