    I began on Monday, officially, but started prior to get myself ready. I drink one bottle in the moring before I leave for work and throughout the day, drink 3 more bottles and one when I get home. 80 oz.

    Monday - 80 oz
    Tuesday - 80 oz (harder to get in)
    Wednesday - Most of water done before I left work
    Thursday am - so far... 16 oz.
    Began 7/22/08.
    Female
    Age: 47 in October
    168 lbs

      For Wednesday I drank 100 ounces!

        Amazingly it is getting easier to drink all that water. I still am getting up during the night. I am exhausted! This week has been filled with appointments and back to school nights and physical therapy and all kinds of interuptions. I am hanging in there, but its difficult. On the happy side of things I shed 3 more pounds!

            whoo hoo! this is exactly some of the results i expected to see. often times, during this water challenge, we'll see challengers lose a couple pounds. GOOD ON YA!

              babs, in your sign up post, you stated your weight to be 164. that would mean you committed to drinking half=82 ounces per day, as i posted a couple times in the list of challengers.

                I am on my sixth bottle started first think this morning. Can water make you sick if you drink too much? Some one told me that you can drown. But I want to get the water in early so I am not up all night. Any suggestions?

                        there is indeed a such a thing as water intoxication. you can search out the subject. here is one site. Can You Drink Too Much Water? - Hydration - Revolution Health

                        this is why i put a cap on the 128 oz. per day. your 108 oz commitment should be very doable and you should not be any danger of water intoxication.

                        suggestions would be:
                        start early
                        if you drink coffee, replace it with water
                        drink more with your meals instead of in between.
                        always keep you water bottle, glass, etc, within arms reach.

                          I forgot to come back and update on my Tuesday 19th water - had another 1/2 litre so managed 84 ounces.
                          Wednesday 20th had at least 2.5 litres (84 ounces)
                          Today (thursday 21st) have drunk 3 litres (101 ozs) already so have done my quota
                          Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
