            Still scale free for the week. I wanted to get on it so badly this morning as I had a meeting with most of the big-wigs of the lab and I wanted to have a number to show off at them if they had asked. Of course, I didn't get on the scale and they didn't ask so no big whoop

                I have to say, this morning was a bit odd for me as Thursdays are my weigh-in day and the day I do my measurements. But I never even looked at it LOL.. my dh asked me if the big day was Saturday.. I said.. Hmmm.. maybe? haha He was like I said I may just go the full 2 weeks without going on it! He was seriously like NOOOOoooo.. hahahaha It was funny.. guess you had of been there! Glad to see so many people are doing well.

                  Scale free and loving it! It is something relaxing to me about not getting on the scale. I want to know how I have done, but there is so much anxiety connected with getting on the scale for me, that it has been great not getting on it! Thanks, Jimmie!!

                        Still scale free... looking forward to tomorrow to see my progress... and I can't believe I am saying this but then I will be happy not to get on it for another week. I too am feeling less stressed by not getting on that darn scale every morning, noon, and night.

                          but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                              GOOD FRIDAY MORNING, CHALLENGERS!

                              look at ya'll doing so well! i think we're breaking some scale addictions. we need to realize that weighing is a part of the plan but we shouldn't obssess over it like we did carbs.

                              i'm really proud that so many of you are doing so great! tomorrow is the day! i hope you are satisfied with your results but more, i hope you feel confident about what you've accomplishe so far.
