looks like we ended up with 51 challengers and so far, i see lots of folks reporting in. when i hand out the awards tomorrow, i'll let you know how to get it in your signatures.

i biked 2.5 minutes and was interrupted by the UPS man. who can resist the UPS man? so i dealt with that, started over and biked my 20 minutes and added another ... 10 or so. i ended up with 35 minutes total, 33.5 of those non-stop.

I did my 27 minutes of workout with Jillian Michael 30 day shred. I definitely think this workout is awesome. It brings back old school workouts that everyone knows how to do like jumping jacks. I can't keep up with the cardio that has all of those different moves. This definitely is for everyone.

Just got back from 30 wonderful minutes of walking on a crisp, snowy night. The sidewalks were a bit tricky, but the air smelled so clean and the fresh snow is beautiful.
