i saw carole offer the suggestion of using a straw. she read my mind and must be spying on me.

i use a straw and find it so much easier, for some reason, to drink my water. i use a straw for everything i drink these days, excpet the decaf.

one more suggestion would be to try to get more ounces in during the start of the day so you can taper off at night. that might keep you from hitting the loo during the night.
