Current Excercise: Dance Dance Revolution non-stop mode, 30 minutes and rising.
Oh dear, the secondary effects of staying away from the scale are kicking in... lol.
keviprak, how did you manage to eat 40 net carbs from the Induction list?! I'm eating OWL Rung 1 most days (so Induction plus more veggies) and I have to eat a lot of veggies to get 35-40 net carbs. Hope you got things under control today.

I'm confused - are we supposed to check in everyday that we are scale free or is it okay to just post at the end?

yes, make that final post just in case i miss a post here and there. we have a huge group so it's quite possible and probable that i will miss something.

You know what... it's getting tough... while i was cooking breakfast, I had the strongest urge to go weigh ... I fought it though... Whew! That was soo close. I thought about it for awhile... I came up with this... When i am cooking low carb and looking at these rich flavorful foods, I get a little paranoid that ... it will surely stop working, what if It is making me fatter, what if I am doing it wrong.... I am thinking go weigh... go see that, indeed I am still at least down to the last number on the scales. This is what I have been doing all along I guess, but never really put much thought to it. This challenge gives you no choice but to analyse your personal behaviors.
Anyway, these are my thoughts on this challenge. Hope you all are doing well, and praying for a collective "Whoosh" for all of us. Stay strong everyone!
