THIS IS A 1 DAY CHALLENGE
During that day, do at least 20 SOLID MINUTES of exercise.
Don't stop for a break, don't answer the phone, don't take a nap. We want a solid 20 minutes of movement!
AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN ON JANUARY 12.
If you don't post, you won't earn the award

- walk
- jog
- swim
- bike
- stability ball exercise
- yoga
- pilates
- weight training
- DVD workouts
- Slim in 6
- treadmill
- Wii fit
- shoveling snow [sorry, no snow blowers]
- sorry, housework does not count for this challenge. nor does home repair.
This is possibly the easiest award you can earn on this board.

Will definitely be using my Wii Fit and also Qi Gong & Tai Chi (with some beginner yoga).
