Been thinking on this some more... still not 100% sure what your point is, but I'm thinking that this is the statement you were taking issue with:
True, if a person is:
- in OWL
- has a high CCLL
- and chooses to get only 17 net carbs from veggies
then that particular person will not be an example of someone getting most of their net carbs from veggies. So I will re-phrase my statement:
I love this challenge, because most of us will be living, breathing examples of people consistently getting most of their net carbs from veggies.
I still assert that, if a person chooses to do so, they can have a CCLL of 100 net carbs and still get most of their net carbs from veggies. It is a matter of choice.
