    Thanks for all those suggestions the problem is I already do everything you listed(except the green tea) I guess I could increase my exercising to 7 days a week but I thought 4 was pretty good to start with. I have been exercising on a regular basis since August (3-4times a week) so maybe I do need to step it uo a scale.

        Yes I trying to do induction for as long as I can since I have so much to lose and do little time. So far I've been on induction for 4 weeks.

          make sure you're being honest in your Induction....keep it clean and to the book!.......WATER, WATER, WATER!!!....and really, don't stress over the scale not moving......some people have stalled for months!....it's just a process and it WILL correct itself if you stay clean *including cutting out all low-carb types candy bars!!* and don't give up!

              Trying hard.

              Don't answer these questions on-line, but are you taking some medication that causes weight gain or prevents significant weight loss,or have some other medical problem. Don't know if you smoke and are trying to quit, but people also tend to put on weight then (good you are losing something). Again, watch products with aspertame and if you drink alchoholic beverages cut that. Why there are no carbs in most"liquors" ,the alchohol is burned before the fat.

              While I'm not an expert, maybe it is as simple as your body is meatabollically more resistant to weight loss. It seems to me you are certainly exercising enough. Maybe your doctor can provide you with tips on weight loss also.

                          i won't be weighing in tomorrow......i've had a very "personally exhausting, i can't handle getting on the scale right now, whacked out hormones" kinda week....so, i'm not going to *s*

                          but, i'll be "seein" ya'll next week.....because this challenge is motivation to me! Thanks everyone for that. (-:

                              No loss for me this week. The last time I dieted and lost weight I made it to 202... I've been hovering around it for the last month. It's so intriguing how the body remembers certain weights. I'm going to try to bust it this week and see what happens.
