i'm a curious kitty ~~ what do ya'll do for your exercise??
me, i treadmill walk (1 1/2 - 2 miles @ various speeds and inclines) & will start abs/lowerback strengthing workout - mon., weds., fri.
and starting thurs., will walk to my tanning place *weather permitting* (2 miles round-trip) & will start light/highrep upperbody workout - tues., thurs., sat.

I go to Curves Tues-Friday after work and I do Tai Bo Mon-Friday in the mornings and before I go to bed 100 reps on the healthrider. I just started doing the Tai Bo last week. I also walk around a lake on my lunch hour 2-3 times a week. I decided last week that I need to step up the exercise I was just doing Curves and boy can I feel the difference :yikes I really need to start doing my 8 min abs and arms tapes again. Maybe next week my body just feels so tired I don;t think I can do all that in one day.
Good job Topgbpackfan!!! Keep up the good work. Me on the other hand did do so well not sure why but still the same this week.
