Anyone want to join me in an exercise challenge
? My goal is to walk at least 5 days a week, not sure how long yet. I got a pedometer today, will have to set it up to see how far my usual walk is. We can check in every week (Sundays maybe?) to report on whether or not we made our goal that week.
Come on, guys. I need some company! Help me commit to weekly exercise!
