Someone freakin' slap me. I keep slipping and I know what I'm doing.

I had onion rings last night. I didn't HAVE to have them. WTF is wrong with me?

    Today: NO CHEATING!

{{{Mishi}}} Girl, you're just coming back to Atkins, and your cravings have probably been through the roof. Anything been bugging you that caused you to eat them? I hope you know you are worth the weight loss! You so totally can do this, girl.

      I believe in you!

(((Mishi))) Clean off the evidence of the onion rings and start fresh, Girl! You CAN do it! I know you can! You've made amazing tracks through Atkins before and have passed me up several times.

Stay focus. Put out your goals so you can see them. I know you CAN do it!

Oh, look at me. I'm still at 0 pounds loss. Well only because scale is far away. I should take out the batteries, but it's in the garage on the top shelf and that would mean I'd have to climb on a ladder, touch it, smell it, taste it (ewww)....nope. I'll just leave it alone until next weekend.

                New addendum.

                *drum roll*

We're going to begin a new thread every week.

On this thread, we can talk, visit, record totals, and share strategies.

There will also be an assignment every week, which will help us towards our goals for New Year's.

                Words without action is meaningless.

So I hope you'll join in, stay strong, and work towards your goals.

                YOU ARE WORTH IT!

Hi Ladies. I hope your day has been good. I am on my last water while at work, it will make a total of 128 ozs. I have to reach my goal, it is higher than a lot of yours and WE have to ALL make it together.

I notice that you're on induction, but when you reach the appropriate rung on OWL, you should try some onion rings breaded w/ soy flour. They are really good.

Wanted to report that I'm on my 6th day of induction and still going strong! Drinking all my water and taking all my vitamins. Thanks everyone for your motivation! I couldn't do it without you!!!!! Haven't weighed in yet but will be on Friday morning - at the end of my first week. I almost can't believe I'm REALLY doing this. It's been so tough in the past! I'm really looking forward to a loss, even if it's small. Don't want to get my hopes up too high. Didn't read about the 30 minute challenge on the other post 'til now but I am going to make up for it tomorrow. I haven't exercised in a while so this is going to be really funny!
