I found out that one of my favorite shows 2nd season starts this sept. its called The Biggest Loser. Well i watched it religiously last season. Its about contestants who go up against each other in teams to see who can lose the most weight. I really like it. Well last season when it was over i was amazed at how much weight the people had lost. I started thinking to myself well emagine if i had done it along with the show, i would have been skinny. So this season i am getting ready to see the show and i have decided to go along with the show and lose the weight with them. Have the show motivate me. When they weight in i weight in you know go along with the show but not be in it. If you get what i mean. If you want more information you can go to the nbc website THE BIGGEST LOSER . The official season premiere is Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 8/7c. I am mountain time so im trying to figure out what time that is for me. If i have to start watching tv at 6 just to figure out what time it starts at i will. lol. I am so excited. My plan is to take measurements and weigh in when they do, which will be measurements and official weigh in the first show and then i believe its just weigh in after that every tuesdays, if they dont move it to another day. I plan on sticking to the Atkins and possibly doint their work out (have not decided). I might just stick with my own workouts. Just wondering if anyone wants to join me. I am so excited. SOOOOO excited. So how about it?

The Plan=
1. Official Premier Day Tuesday 9/13 everyone joining i would like to have u post your weight and measurements for the following areas known to myself as the hour glass measurements: C=Chest (fullest part),W=Waist ,H=Hips (Widest Part)
2. The Show members exercise everyday so i suggest (not required) for you to exercise on your own or to join an exercise challenge of some kind. Suggestions: 6 Week Exercise Challenge or BCtcCW Challenge are two that i am familiar with.
3. Weighin every Tuesday (when the show members weighin)
4. Stick with the phase of atkins you are in.
5. Season Finale - weighin along with measurement listed above again.
Good luck to all and remember....think about repeating this..........

not quite understand this last question? But im i am understanding this i think that we can check in weekly and mabey if i can convince some one to make some kinda reward we can hand out an award every tuesday to the person who lost the most amount for that week. and then the biggest loser award will be given to the person who lost the most amount of weight from begining to the end of the show. Hey thats a good idea. Hmm i wonder if i could get something going here.
