    Oh, boy a fever for a week maybe you should see the doc that's a long time to be running a fever. I hope your little one gets better very soon a fever of 102 is kinda yucky and has to make her feel like crap.

    I totally understand about the workout just do what you can that's all we can ask LOL. Hope everything will be even better next week and you'll feel 100% again.

      You do that running inside? I have a treadmill and it's a huge thing w\ fans and things but everytime i start to run it goes, EKK EKK EKK EKK EKK and it makes me feel like im too fat to run on it. lol so i stop. thats why i go to the gym and they have those really nice ones that dont budge. i have a nordic-trak air walker. its kinda like the gazzelle, but i dont know about that thing. i dont feel like im getting a work out on it.

      also--will you check this out. i just wanted some comments on this.....thanks.

        Hey all.

        I'm hitting the board while at school...woo hoo! But I need to scoot to eat some chow before my next class, so I'll be quick.. lol! right.

        Okay, Induction here I come on Monday.

        Tomorrow's my dd's 7th birthday....yes, I'm all wheepy about it. We're going to do our traditional bake a cake together and let her have some friends over to eat the thing. Then on Saturday she's got her 1st soccer game and then we head for lunch at the chinese buffet (I have no probs there...I like chicken and veggies), and after that it's shopping in Boise to get her ears pierced. Did I mention I'm all wheepy? She's growing up so fast.

        Since July 28th I have stuck like glue to OWL and for a few weeks now I've stuck to no coffee, no scale, and no pop...I'm just going down to Induction for a fresh start and hope that bootcamp will be a way to blast the fat. Oh, I hope so. We shall see.

        Any hooo, just thought I'd drop by and say Right On to all my fellow folks giving up their favorite things.

        On ward ho....and I don't mean the one on the street corner.

          I just ran 4.5 miles WOOHOO on the treadmill so more like 5.5 I like this actually doing more milage than I thought it's sooo cool. I thought I would let you all know it's later but, I did it like I said so I'm happy.

                good morning!!! im feeling very tired this morning, the weather is blah. all rainy and cold. it would have been such a good day to sleep in....my pillow and blanket was all warm! anywho-i dont leave for lunch until 2 and i forgot to bring my wallet and my food\water for today! i was up super late. now i only have 1 bottle of water until 2!!!!!!!!! im gonna go nuts, and starve! im probably gonna have to be a mooch and ask someone for a dollar so i can buy another bottle of water in the vending machine here. $1 for a bottle of water, what a rip. ok im off to begin this wonderful job of mine (PUK). have a great day everyone!!!!!!!!!!!

                  Hi guys, just a quick check in. I am in Dallas after a 22hour drive. I have done put my body through more stress in the last 2 days then ever in my life. I think God was preparing my body for this storm, that's what these past months of no carbs and tons of excercise were all about. I have not eaten anything that is not Atkins friendly yet except for a LC bar but I think this falls under the emergency category and Dr. A would forgive me.

                  I am at jon's aunts house right now but we are not staying here, we are staying at my brother-in-law's, grandmothers house. I hope that we are far enough away from the storm that it won't hit us. I am not anticipating my house being there when I get back so I'm not sure when the next time I'll be able to check in is, please keep us in your prayers.

                        I'm here, I'm safe, my house is perfect. Thank you God. I did more excercise in the last few days then ever in my life, I didn't cheat once, even when I was starving and the only thing I had in front of me were Cheetos. I passed them up and am pretty damn proud of myself. If I could stick to this through a hurricane scare and evacuation then there is NO way I am ever going to get off. I'm going to rest for a few days and then maybe pick up the excercise torch again, LOL, slim in 6 ought to be pretty easy now.

                          YAY, Yoly I am soooo happy that everything is ok I was watching the news and when I heard your area was basically untouched by the wrath of the storm I was sooo relived. You're so right if you can do Atkins through this you can do Atkins through anything.

                            Well what the heck is going on here? I am gone for a few days and the challenge gets all quite. I am back baby! Let's get this party started!!!

                            I swept the entire house, and I carried stuff back downstairs today, I didn't do a tape but would still consider this excercise, light stuff but definatly counts. I am Ramping it UP tomorrow, first thing. I can't wait, I want to show Debbie Siebers my new moves.

                            How is everyone, where is everyone, what is going on, what did I miss?

                            Oh, I really hope noone minds but I am planning on weighing in tomorrow morning, I want to see how bad the damage is, I ate a bar and a shake while evacuated and I didn't do the type of excercise I normally do either, I forgot my supplements and I didn't drink enough water. I just want to have a quick weigh in so that I know comparativly where I'll be by the end of this challenge. I hope everyone is cool with this?

                              Hey I was here baby But Got somewhat sick last week and while you were evacuated I have puking sick kids all week and myself to deal with on Saturday. I am sooo glad you're back by the way.

                              I Ran yesterday Outside WOOOHOO I just love it did pretty well went 7 K but went a little fast in the beginning which made me slow down at the end. I also chopped wood for 1 hour which was a good workout I was alll sweating like a wild woman. Boy do I wish we had a track here by the park cause I could let my kids play while I ran that would be totally excellent I would love that. That's the bonus of living in the city I guess more options to a gal.

                              Hey, I don't mind if you weigh Yoly it's cool with me I was feeling skinny the other day so I weight STUPID IDEA might I add. I was in the middle of TOM Just started and you know what that means well of course I was up like 5 pounds and totally depressed so I am NOT weighing till For sure I am done. It's weird my body is morphing before my eyes it's like the fat is dissappearing but, the weight isn't Muscle is building like crazy over here. My abs are popping they are like in the picture all the time I don't even need to flex. It's crazy. When we first started the ICES and I took the pic in the Blue OUtfit it was everything I could do Just to flex them now they just pop out and say Hello. I think they are very sexy and I see a huge change from last to this month even know the weight loss was minimal. I am not getting my hopes up for crossing into Onederland I'm not too sure what my body is doing right now but, I am sure it's what it needs to do so I don't have lose hanging skin. I really wanna get to Onederland but, if I don't right away I'll be ok with that a bit dissappointed but ok.

                              So today is weight training I think I will do a 2 mile run as well shorter but, it's supposed to be no run today. I got myself all flustered when I weighed and didn't wanna do anything now my resolve has increased and I am gunna get there and DAMN it it's gunna be BY the End of October.

                                so sorry to hear about you and your kids being sick Sarah. I am glad that you are all better and up and at 'em. Great job on your run yesterday and sticking to your excercise today.

                                I see a huge difference in your pics you have really narrowed down, I see it even in your hips and legs, you look great! I love the new pic. Don't worry about the scale, I know it can be dissapointing, I got on the scale this morning and was only down 1 pound since we started the challenge. I'm not sure if it's because I ate the bar and shake, maybe I kicked myself out of kitosis or something, who knows. It doesn't matter, I am here and I'm ready to pick up right where I left off.

                                I am going to do Ramp it Up this morning right after my kid finishes watching Dragon Tales. I have a busy day planned for today, I have to finish getting straitened the rest of the house and do tons of laundry. I hope to be done by the end of the day though, I am so ready for everything to get back to normal I can hardly stand it. Some stores and gas stations are finally starting to open around here, hopefully we can all get back to normal by the end of the day.
