I think that is a great idea. Lets get together and have a scale explosion, lol. I'm alright with my 1 pound loss it's no biggy and that means that I am now in the 180 somethings, even if it's 189.

I just finished Ramp it Up and am totally sweaty. I only used 2 pound weigths and when I was getting really tired I took breaks and everything. I didn't do the last 10 minutes which is basically the cool down, yoga/stretching, but I did the hard part. I think it's a good way of taking it slow. I feel good though, I really needed to jump back in with both feet and that's what my goal was for this morning.

I haven't had breakfast, not really hungry yet but I'll have something after my shower. I'm jumping back in to induction, I know i'll have some major cravings going from the shake and the bar and want to eliminate anything that might make them stronger. I'll stay here until the end of the week and then see where I'm at.

Ok, I smell so I'm off to the showers, take care.

Hello Rikki How are things going sorry to hear that you have been bad but, ya just gotta stop doing this to yourself girl you are self sabotaging yourself and you know it. Look how much weight you have lost that has to make you feel good. I'm sorry the puter has been crapping and I am glad you are back so we can whip ya into shape. Are you joining??? Well if you are no MORE CHETING not one think of how great you will feel next time you are tempted and you don't give in I know you can do this Rikki I know it.

I ran today for 1 hour it was an easy run I have to take it a bit easy cause I am finding I don't wanna run right now I don't know why. I think I was trying to do too much so it was a great run easy and my body felt so relaxed the whole time. I ran 5 miles and I felt great. I needed that. I won't be going for milage right now just for time cause I am finding with my treadmill being so out to lunch on distance that I just don't wanna run this far cause outside I could run the same distance in less time. Silly I know it's a mind game and I am gunna win.

Yesterday was good I did weights for 45 minutes then I mowed our brutal lawn for 1 hour damn thing is sooo huge good thing my kids are good and play away from where I am mowing I have to teach them cause I have no fence they are excellent even my 2 year old knows the rules and doesn't venture near the road. I am lucky cause I have a busy gas station beside me and alleys and a main road all the way around my house so it would be horribly stressful if I had to worry about my littel ones going on the road.

I would love to have a blow up party Yoly it sounds like fun LOL. Lets do that I hate my scale I hate everything right now even my tape measure cause I am bloated from everything GRRRR. TOM is lasting forever it's been 5 days and it's still going GOD I knew I was in trouble this time. I better have a whooshie after this one I deserve it.

Take care everyone and Stay Cheat free and true to yourself and you'll win no matter what.

Pick yourself back up and dust off and be more prepared next time!!! this coming from a fellow cheater!!!! lol I am looking for breakfast on the go type recipes too... I have the hardest time finding time in the mornings to cook!!!!

I made really yummy soup for lunch, thought I would share it with yall...

1 can condensed Beef broth+1can water
1 can tomatoes with green chilis (make sure no sugar added)
1/2 lb ground beef browned and drained (I use 4%fat so I don't drain it)
1 1/2c shredded cabbage (I use pre cut stuff found with the bagged salads)
I also added onion powder, garlic powder, a bit of salt, pepper, and some italian seasoning.

I browned the beef with spices, this time I added a few mushrooms, then added the cabbage to it stirred for a minute or two to wilt, added the cans of broth and tomatoes with chilis. I have also used chicken broth for this and it worked well. sometimes I like to add a cup or two of frozen squash and zuchinni too. I buy the mixed bags with onions and tomatoes in them. I think Birds eye makes them...

Anyway, this is very yummy. I am going to try to calculate on fitday the carbs and stuff. I would say this makes at least two servings.

OKay, I am coming up with about (for entire batch) 617 cal, 34g fat, 16 total carbs-5g fiber(9net)

I think the fat content is too high for the beef that I used but I already threw the package out so I am not sure...

Well, day one is pretty much down... I don't think I am going to get near enough water down, but as for food I did well! I had 2 eggs with mushrooms for breakfast, about 1/2 that soup recipe for lunch. Then for dinner I made spaghetti squash and tossed it with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and lots of pepper with parmesan cheese... YUM. Probably not enough meat for today, but sheesh, I got some in... oh yeah, I had a hot dog as a snack... not the healthiest thing but it kept me from eating something worse!

Way to go Rikki you did great and you have every right to feel sooo PROUD. WOOOHOOO. as the days go on and you get more accustomed it gets easier and easier realy.

Ok, Speedy, take a deep breath this is not a failure you got back on that's great but ya just gotta stop doing this to yourself. Believe me I know your pain From personal experience. This is comming from a girl who has gone off and on ATKINS probably 40 times since I was 18. I always made excused for every cheat I did I won't lie there was no excuse I just made them. It made me feel like crap totally but, you know I finally came to the realization that I can do this FOREVER you will in time have your moment where you'll look and there will be nothing elese but, you and what you want and nothing will get in your way. I finally came to that On November 6th when I started over 10 minths ago. I have made this a part of my life. Ddi I think I would be cheat free this long. Not in my wildest dreams did I ever I have never stuck with anything this long in my entire life. You can do it you ahve to look deep inside yourself and the answer is within you. It's probably not even anything to do with food, food is a cover up for the real problems lying from within and until you deal with those I think you will stay on this rollercoaser. For me it was the inability for me to deal with my mothers death she was Murdered when I was 14 it was hard but, I have come to tems with it I used food to deal with my emotions I didn't want to feel anything so I ate and ate and ate so nobody would want to get close to me. It's in you to find out what it is that is triggering you to go off and I think you already know what it is. Just so you Know I am here in any capacity I can be and will help you not only with Atkins but, with support, a shoulder to cry on, an person to vent to. I am here for you. ((((HUGS))))

Yoly where are you at today I miss you hope all is well with you.

I did my exercise today ran for 60 like I said so I am happy. I better go though so you all take care.

Hi, I'm here, sorry I didn't post earlier it has been a hectic day.

Rikki, I am so totally proud of you what an amazing first day back. I know you'll do great I believe that you can do this, just keep at it, you are gonna do awesome.

Speedy - I know you can do this too, it's great that you have some yummy recipes that you are looking forward to cooking.

Sarah - so glad that you are doing so great with your weights and your running, as always you inspire me to do better. You go sweety!

As for me I just finished Ramp it Up, ate well, but forgot to take my supplements. I don't know why but I am having a hard time jumping back in here, with both feet for some reason. Ever since I left and now have come back I have lost alot of my momentum. I need a pic me up, don't get me wrong I am still workout out and eating right and everything, but something just feels off. I'm gonna keep doing everything right and I think it will work itself out soon.

For Sure Yoly you ahve been through a tough time and it's natural that your body needs some time to cope as well as everything elese. For a brief moment you thought you were gunna lose everything and you come home to a perfect home. It's so stressful to think one way and be confronted another way but, you are strong and will get through it. This may be your body burning out a bit so if you find you are lacking desire to do anything take it down a notch listen to your body and take it a bit more easy. I don't in any menas mean to say stop exercising that would defeat the purpose but, maybe choose a less stressful take for your body ramp it down a bit girl. Let your body heal it's crying right now so listen. I had to do the same thing I am not sure if it from incorperating the weights but, I am a lot more tired lately could be the weather so I took it down I am letting my body rest and recover while still doing it that's important. If you keep exercising just at a lesser pace your body will NOT lose what it had if you quit all together then you ahve to start from the bottom and work up again. I myself have reached my one goal but, I think I pushed it out too hard and so I really needed more rest days after so now my body is say DAMN girl SLOW DOWN I'm tired I need to regenerate. I am and was too focused on distance I am focusing on time caue I know I can go the distance.

ALL doing great the vibes are flowing to all of you and you all have an angel helping you through your daily lives just take a mooment to listen.

Thank you so much Sarah, I think that is exactly what I am going through. I felt so guilty even thinking that I needed to take it easier but I have just been pushing and pushing myself to the max. I think I will finish up the week of Ramp it Up and then start the train for 5K, I think I need a change or something. I am excited about jogging and it is something that I can look forward to doing.

I am super excited because I bought tamarind at the store. I used to eat the tamarind candy in mexico when I was a child (I lived there during my childhood). It is so delcious, well I just looked up tamarind on fitday and it only has 1.25 carbs per little pod so I am excited that I get to eat something so delicious. I even like it raw, which is great because that is how I'll be eating it from now on. This is so cool, I found something really delicious to snack on, it's gonna be my form of popcorn or something.

I got off the treadmill after 70 minutes then lifted weights for 45 minutes I would say today I had a killer workout. But, I hurt my neck or something sleeping cause it hurts and my hip is really bothing me so ya know what that means I have to go to the Chiroprator not like I mine it's totally awesome he's sooo hot MMMMMM.
