    im a bad bad bad person I cant believe I did this. Ok when im running really late, i go to wendys and get some jr. bacons and eat without the bun of course. well I was extremely busy about 2 hours ago, i went out on my break and went to wendys and got the sammich's and I ATE THE WHOLE THING(S)!!!!!!! I didnt even realize i was doing anything wrong until about 1\2 way through the second one. i was just stuffing my face so i could hurry back to work. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! im so mad right now. I wasnt even craving carbs, i was perfect! im down to my lowest that ive been in a long time too. this is ridiculous, the day before my interview. since i got back to my desk (about 30 minutes) ive drank 4 - 16.9oz bottles of water. its crazy. like im trying to erase that i just did, but i know i cant. UHH! im going a million miles a second and i screwed up. im so mad at myself, now if i dont get this job tomorrow im going to blame it on this mess up, sounds dumb but i will. i tend to think of everything as a 'sign'. lol! i just had to let you guys know.........im a failure....... im so upset

      Speedy - I can't believe you talk so bad to yourself, you are most definatly not a failure. And the only thing that is going to keep you from getting that job is negative thinking like the kind I hear coming through in your post. Be kind to yourself, everyone else is already hard on you, you need a friend, it should be YOU. Don't worry about the buns, just get right back on track, it's good that you are drinking a ton of water, go home and excercise, and jump into strict induction tomorrow morning for a week or two. You should be fine, don't stress out, stay cool, calm, and collected. Remember that on job interveiws you are being looked at through a microscope and if you are feeling down on yourself the interviewer is going to pick up on that and feel down on you too. Do you want that? ...no way!!! So pick your self up, dust yourself off, and start all over again.

      Thank you Speedy for posting this, it is so funny but it is exactly what I needed to hear. I am going through a rough patch with my back and I have been beating myself about it, even doing name calling in my head! But I needed to say/write down exactly what I just did, it is ok to have some trouble. More then ok it is expected that there will be a bumps on the road to a new healthier me. I just needed to acknowledge that I'm not perfect and I'm never going to be and that everyone makes mistakes. Thanks, i'm gonna go make an appointment with a chiropractor now.

        Good pointers about the interview, i'm so nervous. I feel like i've never done this before. Ohh geez, I cant believe im so worked up about this, its crazy. I guess it's just because I will do ANYTHING to get outta where i'm at now.

          Yes, the Chiroprator that's a great Idea Yoly I hope it gets you to feeling better ASAP.

          I totally agree with Yoly there Speedy you just gotta Quite smashing yourself I can honestly say my road to wellness has been full of failure. You see me now and go how can you say that look 11 mionths cheat free. I too have been where you are and I totally understand. Unconsiously you are sabotaging your efforts it's like something great happens and here you are unconsiously eating Wendies and making yourself feel like crap Like you're not worth That JOB you know what you ARE sooo WORTH that job. You deserve it you work hard just like anyone elese I totally agree with yoly you need to Say I am worth it and STOP doing this to yourself. It's a hard thing dealing with this over and over I honestly went on and off akind I can't even count how many times OVER 40 times. I was messed up in the head sooo bad I finally had to go to counselling to get my head on straight. I didn't feel woth anything I felt so useless and like a complete failure. Not this time I am here to help others and I am here to kick so ***.

          Now lets not be down pick your head up dust yourself off you are BETTER then all the negative thoughts you ahve towards yourself you are totally worth everything that you want you are worth it just as I am worth it. You deserve to be happy you deserve to be thin now you JUST GOTTA start beliving in yourself cause it's all on you, you are gunna make this happen you and only you. I can help you but, you just gotta decide to do it.

          I want you to promise me NO MORE WENDIES. It's a trigger for you, you need to put beef jerky in the car or hot rods or Pork rhinds anything. Don't buy stuff unless it comes without the bun then you won't unknowingly sabotage yourself. YOU CAN DO THIS> I am holding your hand right now and walking your down to your NEW life all the crap is behind you and it's all downhill. WHich path you gunna take the downhill path with me or the uphill path that got you here in the first place. COMMON GIRL I am rooting for you SOOO BAD>

            I agree with absolutly everything you said Sarah, great post.

            I have an appointment with my chiropractor on Friday morning, that's the first time I could fit it in, I bought two bottles of ibuprofen today at the store too, 1 for home and 1 for work. I am done not treating myself good, I am goign to take care of this problem now before it gets worse. I still am in shock that this whole thing could have been started by bad shoes, I asked the nurse at the chiro's office though and she said it sounded like i had messed up my entire spine, especially since i am having neck AND back pain. I am gonna have to get X-Rays and everything.

            I have a long day at work tomorrow but then I won't work again until Monday!!!! I will have school on Thursday but that is pretty easy compared to what I have been doing lately. Tomorrow my proposal is due so I won't have that much stress at work either, thank goodness.

            You know what, I noticed that i'm not drinking as much water as I should be. This is usually not a problem for me but my office doesn't have a water thing and the fountain is really far so I haven't been drinking like I should. I am going to take a gallon up to work with me tomorrow so I can get all my water in. I know that that is probably slowing down my weight loss. I am working hard to do everything else perfect since I can't excercise now, I'm on the "bench" until I hear from the doctor on Friday and I refuse, I REFUSE to feel guilty about it!

              How are you doing today Yoly. I am taking a rest day I'll do weights instead cause I have to do somehting LOL But, not running. My allergies are really bad and I feel like crap.

                well guys......i went to the interview. And they offered me like $4 less than what im at now, an hour. i've said it over and over again how i would leave this crap whole for anything, but i cant. paying the bills is a must, unfortunately! so...in a bad mood now. im gonna go finish my last hour here and go home and take a nap guess it just wasnt in the books for me today.....

                  AWWW i sooo sorry Speedy you couldn't have got them to go up hihger in wage hey. Well I know something great is comming for you and Bills are priority I sure hope that something great comes to you very soon cause you need to get out of that **** HOLE.

                    thats right. its just a hiccup. i just hope that i can get past this. i know there isnt anything that i could have done about it, but i fell like i should have anyway. oh well, there will be others. they always show up when your not looking.

                      I'm sorry speedy taht you have to go through this, it's rough. But remember that there is a somthing better out there for you. God knows why He does the things He does, maybe the job wasn't that great and you just didn't know it cause you hadn't worked there. I strongly believe that someone is out there looking out for our best interests, and you may not understand now why things happen the way they do but you will in the end, in the end you'll see it was all for your benefit. Keep your head up girlie.

                      Hey Sarah, how are you feeling today, I feel better but it's early, we'll see by the end of the day. I am taking ibuprofen right now hopefully it will help with any swelling. I can't wait to go to the chiro tomorrow and get the ok to run, i want ot try out my new running shoes.

                        I feel a littel better but I am soo burnt it's not even funny it's nuts. I don't wanna do a darn thing I just wanna sleep or die in a hole. I did weights yesterday and holly cow I am sore today WOW I did some different exercises. and YOWEY my whole body hurts it'll be all right though. I ahve every intention of running some time today I need to figure out when it may be better to do it later today cause right now there is no way I could do it at this moment I feel groggy.

                        TOM is fast approaching I should have known about 12 days away maybe sooner with how I feel ICK. No way I am wrong it's like 8 days away WELLL no wonder I better just push this out and do it cause if I don't then it'll get the better of me and NO WAY!!!

                          HOLLY CRAP guys I am so out of the loop I looked at my calender it's the 13th did anyone weigh and get a great result?? DUHHH. It's been a month boy disorganisation in the masses time to start a new challenge everyone. What should it be what should we do I want all you ICES challengers to think real hard at where you want ices to take you. SHould we begin moving up the rungs??? 1 rung per month??? Ok, quick decisions LOL. I missed it I think everyone elese did too good lord I guess it wasn't that big a deal now was it.

                            Didn't everyone cave and weigh in already? LOL. I think so! Maybe not Yoly.....I really dont know what im talking about there anywho- I personally would like extended induction again. Take a vote! I still have ALOT of weight to lose.

                            I said that I would stop weighing in once I got back down the 249 but then I didnt. I reached 245 and that was a couple days ago, but since then TOM began.
                            My goal is to be cheat-free, not weigh all the time, no wendy's (fast food), for the entire month.

                                OK, so for me this past month has been out of my control. External influences have really caused me to put my weight loss goals on hold this past month, but no more. This next month is going to be all about rededication for me. I am going to get serious, down and dirty, about my program. A singleness of purpose so intense that others may at times doubt my sanity. This next month I am committing to up my excercise to at least 5 times a week, also I will do strict induction for 2 weeks and then move onto the first rung of owl, enough of this eating almonds here, and having liquor there (only once), still I am going to do this right, I want success and will work hard for it.

                                Ok, to sum it up, this month I will not weigh, I will excercise at least 5 times a week, 3 of the workouts consisting of training for a 5K. I will do super strict induction as specified by Dr. Atkins for 2 weeks (including measuring my veges and limiting my cheese intake). After my two weeks of induction I plan on adding the extra cup of veges for the remainder of the month doing the first rung of OWL.

                                I know for me this is going to be a true test to my dedication to this WOL. The two weeks of strict induction will be especially challenging, but I'm going to do what it takes to get me closer to my goal. After all they wouldn't call it a challenge if it were easy. How do you plan on challenging yourself?
