way to go wanna...you sure are on a role!

jsj...if you don't want to step on the scale..I would think it would be okay not too but if you do then report it in and you HAVE to at the end of your six weeks for sure. And of course if you were in another challenge you would have to before NYE also.

Chart is updated. Going to be demolishing a room today so don't panic if I don't enter your stats until tonight. I will get to them!!

No change for me for the last week! Guess I'm just gonna up my exercise routine a bit, already cut out the nuts a couple of days ago, maybe that will help too!

Re: Mid-Year Resolution Challenge for the week of Sept. 18-24

Thanks, Cleo & Elsie You're absolutly right...cheating is not worth the work I've done, and over eating is not worth the weight on the scale, the extra work my body will have to do.

Look at Wannabealoser...she's just dropping the weight. Wo ohooO! ROck on!

Elsie~demolishing a room? I've done that, 3 times. Woo hoo! Of course it was in a 100+ year old house that we were taking down the old plaster walls with lathe and replacing the wires, insulation and drywall. Yep, you're gunna have lots of fun! WOoo ohooo! Bring on the muscles!

Sugarfree~Happy belated birthday, sweets! I hope you're having an awesome week!

Cruisergal~best wishes cutting the nuts...I'm right there behind you. Monday morning starts Induction for me. Wo hoo!

I'll be checking in tomorrow with my stats...saturday check in and last day for the Exercise challenge.

Hey jsj... I'm also in the 6WEC. My first one! I'll be alternating running, walking, rollerblading, or doing some sort of aerobics at home. Ooohh.. that reminds me, I've got to remember to take my measurements & record my weight tomorrow for the start of the challenge!

Belly Dancing? Do you have digital cable where you are? We have Comcast "On Demand" which is a feature where you can pick a show and play it whenever. They have a whole section on their menu for workouts, and there are about 5 different Belly Dancing workouts. They teach you technique, and then they work it into a routine so you get a good workout AND instruction. I haven't done one of those in a while, but I think I'll do them a lot more in the winter when I can't (er.. don't want to) go outside to exercise.

Woo hoo everyone! I am so excited! I had a mini-whooshie!.....Just had to share! I am down 1.5 pounds more as of today! Tomorrow I start my walking program so I am going to get commited to exercising daily! I checked myself with a ketostick last night and it appears that YES I am burning fat! Yay! The stick was dark pink! Tonight my in laws took my husband and I out to dinner at the olive garden. (uh-oh)...But I held my own The bread sticks and pasta didn't appeal to me at all. I had a BIG Tuscan grilled steak, salad and grilled veggies. This is a major accomplishment for me.....I feel hopeful again! So, I'll be meeting that New Years Goal with the rest of y'all! I can't wait !!! Thanks again for all of the support. You guys are GREAT!!!
