Re: Mid-Year Resolution Thread For the Week of Sept. 25- Oct. 2

Hello EVERYBODY!! I have miss you all so much and I have thought of you every single day!! I am currently doing bootcamp so I've been really occupied. Oh yea, and my son has turned into a three-headed, fist-eating teething MONSTER!! Oh yea, it's been lovely!

Well, Today I was 169.2!! Yippie!! That was after drinking 30 oz of water, my breakfast, AND tom due tomorrow!!! I am so excited and I am so thankful that cleo came up with this challange. THANKS CLEO!!

I have been exercising... oh yea..EVERY SINGLE DAY! I walk a mile and a half 7 days a week, and my ablounge exercise everyday! My sister in-law has a treadmill and an eliptical so in a week or so, I can go over there everyday and use them! And, I'm getting the slim in 6, so I 'll be doing that too. I feel like I can do it all. I have so much energy before and after my workouts, I want MORE, MORE, MORE!! My mood is 100 million times better, and I owe it to exercising!!

Last time, I didn't exercise. I Lost 15 pounds, and my husband couldn't notice, when I asked. This time, I lost a little under half..7.2 and he noticed!!!

I realized that I don't care if I make my 120 pounds goal by New Years. I have decided that if I am eating properly and exercising my tail off and not cheating, the number doesn't matter. I know that at this rate, I will be as healthy, strong, lean, and thin as possible. 120 is where I'd like to be, but I'll get there when I'm supposed to. If I continue going the way I am going, at New Years, I could weight 150 or 145 and I will be just as proud of myself if I had hit 120. The celebration is in my efforts not my weight. If I give it my all, my results will yeild how they are supposed to. I have had a lot of realizations today and I hope I don't sound like a crazy woman w/ my big colorful letters!! I love you all and keep up your great work!!!

OH yea, like I always say, LET"S DO THE DAMN THING!!

Love Hugs, and Smooches to all, Stephanie

lots2lose....fixed the pounds to go...sorry about that!!

Cleo...I think we are sharing a brain today. I just finished reading that post in STAC and thought it would be great here.

Stephanie...I love reading your posts...you don't sound like a crazy woman at all. Please keep posting as often as you want too. They always brighten my day!!! Congrats on the 2 more pounds lost! What a great attitude.

Chart is update. We have lost 212.9 pounds to date!! That is awesome!

Does anyone else have trouble getting onto the site?? Last night and another time this week I couldn't get to the board. My server couldn't find it. :^( So if I haven't checked in and done an update for the day don't panic...I will as soon as I can.

Is this another Cleoism....or something one should not due before going to church on Sunday morning? Kind of like eating beans before Christmas Eve Service, because you know you'll be holding a candle.
