Hi, if it isn't too late I'd like to join ya'll! I've been exercising regularly (this week, but gotta start somewhere), my goal is 4/7, but am going to try for more So far my out-of-shape behind can only manage 20 minutes on my gazelle, but I'll work up to more, I promise! I think it also has to do with my shoes, they don't fit right and I get a horrible cramp after 10 minutes.

          Here are my stats: 283/283/220

It is so painful to type the 283, that is the exact weight I was when I started Atkins in Feburary I managed to get down to 248, and I think I got scared. But I'm here, and am ready to do it again, & for real this time.

You guys are all so awesome! Just watching everyone interact! You are all so loving, caring and giving! I am so thankful to call you all friends!

Thanks so much, Rikki! I mean it when I say it has worked for me! I now feel badly every night I don't exercise. It's work to get into the mindset, but once there, it's something that really motivates me. Everybody here is so motivating, and you look so great! That is motivating, too!

Also, it doesn't hurt that Elsie keeps scaring the crap out of us by announcing there are only so many days left, too! *lol*

                          See? There she goes again.

                          92 days...soon to be 2 weeks!

We can do this! Already a total loss of over 214 pounds!

                          214 pounds!

                          Can you feel that?!

That is excitement! That is pride in knowing we are all doing what we can for each other and for ourselves and for those who love us!

This is our time, ladies! This is our time!

Make the most of it, and we'll make the least of you (in pants size)!

Stick with us! Keep the faith! Keep exercising! You will do this!

Forget any past cheats, problems, or issues. We'll get you through it if you believe! Believe in yourself, and when you can't, we'll believe in you for you.

That's what this challenge is all about.

                            Cleo...why aren't you exercising??

You are VERY astute! Do you happen to have any winning LOTTO numbers you'd care to share?

                              There are three reasons:

                              1) We had a discussion about Ouija boards and some minor ghost stories tonight (way to go, mom) and now my children are frightened to go to bed, so they are watching "the Reduced Shakespeare Company" and their Monty Pythonesque humor.

                              2) Hubby is coming back into town tonight, so I've been waiting for him to come home! We uusually watch tv together while I exercise (I enable him to lay on the bed and watch tv--LOL) and he keeps me motivated to lose weight!

                              3) I've not been feeling too snazz today. I'm having hot flashes and my legs feel like they're crawling, so I think I might have a spot of a virus or a flu, coupled with PMS.

Still, I very much hope that by midnight tonight I'll have done my exercise! We'll see! If not, I'll just make sure to exercise tomorrow. I've already done 5 days in a row, so I could take tonight off, technically...but I always feel I'm missing something when I don't exercise now.
