Nope sorry no numbers to share. I hope you are feeling better really soon! How cool is it that the exercise is already that big a part of your day!!! That is good news. Ouija boards scare me too!

Re: Mid-Year Resolution Thread For the Week of Sept. 25- Oct. 2

HI Everyone...I am here to check in (better late than never eh)? I think I was actually posting to the wrong thread (duh!)

I am down to 171 now (yay) I also am thrilled to report that I have gotten into SIZE 12 jeans!

OMG, I have not worn a 12 in 9 years!!! Friday afternoon I went out to run some errands and decided I was going to go and try some clothes on to check my progress in the "size dept" You see, I never actually believe that I am getting smaller...even when I am...so I need solid proof.........I grabbed my usual size 14's and then a 12 in each pair of jeans too (just to see if I could get the pants on/buttoned.)....Well the jeans fit nicely in size 12.....Of course I had to try on like 5 pairs because I kept thinking..."Oh, it must be the cut of the jeans, that's why a 12 is fitting...or "oh, these are just cut big".....but nope they all fit.....

I can not tell you what an incredible feeling it is. I never thought I would get to this point again.........If I didn't have the support of the ADBB, I am sure I would not be able to get where I am going...the encouragement helps so much! (keeps me on track)....I want to encourage everyone to keep striving to reach your goal by new years! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

To answer this week's questions (um..at the LAST minute oops sorry!)

How much do you do now?

Walking in the evening for 1 hour about three nights a week (just started this week)

Can you add an extra 15 minutes a day to your regime?

I bet I could! OR I could add one more day!

                Good Morning!

Well I just wanted to check in. I have fallen off the wagon but I'm climbing back on. I did gain 3-4 pounds but hopefully when I check in next Monday I'll see some cool new changes! If it wasn't for this group I would've given up but you are so supportive. Thank you Cleochatra for being there, saying all the right stuff, and really just listening!

                Thanks again!

Your menu looks good so far! As for exercise, well an injury just about lays you up for a little while! If you don't have the ability to swim, then you're best off waiting for the machine!
