    Well, getting off of my lazy buttttt seemed to do the trick! I am down another lb today! Yeay!!!!!! Drinking my water- will take my supplements when I get to work, I keep them there because I usually forget them here... Will grab a couple of brekkie muffins for breakfast, Don't know about lunch but dinner will be from Arby's as I am working there tonight till11. ICK. But it is the only night I have to do it this week. So, excersize is probably out for today but tomorrow is a different story!- Unless I can squeeze 20-30 minutes in between jobs, maybe, doubtful, but just maybe!!!!

      Congrats on being another pound down! I have been fluctuating between 21.5 to 212.5 for the past week and it is getting onmy nerves! I did well yesterday and went for two walks. Though this does seem to happen around the same time each month so maybe it's that, who knows lol. But I don't like to make excuses for myself so I will try harder!! I did another mile on the treadmill today (should have done more but am glad I did at least that) and haven't eaten that much today. Anyway, goodluck tonite, hope your success gets repeated!

        Thanks Mary- Long day today, I hope so, but don't anticipate it!!! I think many people have a cycle for weight loss... I am at my highpoint recently check back in the morning!

          Ah, well TOM is here and I don't like it. My weight wasn't up today but I feel horrible. I always feel sooooo bad the first day tom is here- usually after that I am fine. I had to leave work early today so I could go home and take some pain meds the dr gave me for that 1 day out of the month I feel so bad... I can't drive so I figure I shouldn't be cutting hair either~~~ I wasn't feeling too well to eat this morning but I did manage to make myself eat a eggmuffin. I felt like it was choking me- I guess I just really didn't wanan eat. For lunch I have made a big pot of mexican beef cabbage soup... I am having a bowl right now. I thought the warmth may make my stomach feel better. I sure do hope so...

            That sucks, I'm sorry to hear you're feeling like crap. I hope it goes away soon!

            Today my weight was down to 211, hopefully tomorrow it will go down some more. I sure hope so, I'm sick of it going back up to 212 and want to get out of this decade and move my ticker down to 210 lol. I managed to exercise again today, did 22 minutes on the treadmill at about 3.2 mph, and walked my dog and tried to do spurts of running when noone was looking.

            Get some rest and feel better soon!

              Thanks- I am feeling much better today, I expect to be almost good as new tomorrow .

              Congrats on the 211- I am sending Whooshie thoughts your way!!!!

              Way to go on the walking- and joggin while no one was lookin! I do that too . I like to go to the park during the week early when hardly anyone is there! lol- someday I will be able to run good- for now its on and off... anyway- I din't do my workout video tonight, however I have been cooking and cleaning since I got home. I still have quite a bit left to do but need to get it done tonight as we may have house guests tomorrow night. So- If I have time I may still workout but it is looking doubtful. I have to be to work at 8 in the morning so I need to get a decent nights sleep as well!

              OK- Gotta run- I will try to check back in later~

                Hey, glad you are feeling better today! Sucks being busy all the time, doesn't it? Luckily for me there is a lull in my schedule lately so I've had time to exercise. Of course I usually find the less time I have, the more I get done, so time isn't always a good thing lol.

                Anyway today I was 210.5 woohoo! Though Saturdays have always been my "official" weigh in day for the week, so hopefully tomorow the scale will be kind. I did manage to exercise today too, 32 minutes on the treadmill around 3.3 mph. Felt good actually! And as usual, walked my dog. When I'm on the treadmill my dog looks up at me like "what are you doing, you should be walking me, not walking on a conveyor belt!" Or I could be imagining that lol. Anyway, Hope you have a good weekend!

                  Saturday morning I was 209.4, was soooo happy!!!! Yay got out of a decade and am closer to onederland!!! Exercised tonite, did another 1.5 miles on the treadmill at 3.3 mph! Hope your weekend is going well!

                    Yeay! Way to go! You past another milestone! Now- Change your picture thingy! lol You are doing great! Awesome you have been walking so much! I really need to do that some more as well. I am planning to do something tonight probably a video- I don't know. I have a babyshower to help with this morning and afternoon so I am not sure how late I will be... I weighed yesterday and was 2.6lbs up! EEEkkkk but, I have tom here now so HOPEFULLY that is why. I did eat a few beans but surely that wouldn't make me gain that much? I made a big thing of chili and added only 1 can of beans- i used the ones in my cupboard with the most fiber- great northern beans. The chili was awesome, also I didn't have tomato sauce so I used v8 and canned tomatoes, chopped celery beef and thats it, spices too, of course! anyway- gotta be tom I think. But, For some reason when I started I didn't gain, just in the middle... is that normal? hmmm, I dunno. Well- I am off to go make some breakfast before my busy day begins!

                      Thanks for cheering me on Hope you had a good time at the babyshoer today! The weight fluctuation might have been due to TOM or due to salt content. One time I ate this hamburger and it was cooked with WAYYYY too much garlic salt.. the next morning the scale went up 2.5 pounds, and I was like, that's not even possible to gain that much in a day!!! And sure enough, it went down 3 pounds the next day so it was definitely water retention from the salt. So I wouldn't worry unless it goes up again, highly doubtful though.

                      I didn't exercise last night, but the scale went down to 208 this morning anyway. 8 pounds to go I am SO thrilled about it that i think after I finish posting on the board I am going to go exercise!! I think instead of treadmilling I am going to use the xbox Fitness "game" and maybe do some core body strength with cardio. haven't done crunches in like forever.

                      Anyway hope your day is going great!

                        Well, I DID do the 30 minutes xbox core body strength, and man are my abs sore today! Today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at about 3.3ish mph, 1.5 miles. So far so good. I really want to get under 207 by the end of the week, I will be so thrilled if I can!! I want that darn 2** to disappear from my weight for good!!!

                          I'mmmmmm baaaaaaaacccccccckkkkkk, man, my computer has been down for a few days and I missed this place sooo much!!!! Way to go on the 208!!! you are doing great!!!!! I weighed one morning and it was 201.8- however I drank the night before and I am sure I was quite dehydrated! anywho- no more losses back up to 204. I am hoping for a whoosh soon- Send the fairy my way please!!! LOL- I have been doing well, doing Slim in six ramp it up-or walking, sweeping and mopping last night because I worked... after 15 hours of work I am not comoing home and exercising! LOL... anyway glad you're still around! We can do this!!!!! I need to cut out the franken foods though. I caved in and had a low carb candy bar b/c we put out some candy for the kiddos this week and it smelled so good! I don't even like chocolatebut I was craving it so bad I had to have some!~~ but- back to good foods now! Not sure what is on the menu tomorrow but good stuff I am sure~ I had to work at arby's the past two nights b/c one of the managers dads had to have surgery, but no arby's again until Sunday! I will be at work at 9 in the morning and its 11:30 now, I better go check everything else out I have been missing then it is off to bed for moi!

                            well, I was at 202 today, I don't think it will stay that way so I am not changing my siggy just yet... how are you doing today Mary? I am cutting back on tomatoes tomorrow, but I had chili with no beans tonight.- ok well, I am tired and waking up early stinks so nite!

                              Wow, 202.. CONGRATS!! Even if it fluctuates a little, that is awesome!! You are sooo close to onederland you are most definitely going to get there!! I'm so happy for you

                              My saturday weigh in was today and I was 207.2. Not too bad, my goal was 207, so darn that .2! But I'm still happy because I thought I'd be stuck at 208 for the week. My sleeping schedule is all screwed up and that's been messing with when I eat my meals and everything, so I thought I might have actually gained a little. So -2.2 sounds good to me!

                              My MIL brought home some Zankou chicken for me (she's so sweet). It is sooo delicious, it comes with this garlic paste sauce, like butter and herbs.. it is all 'legal' , but the problem is it is so good I don't stop when i'm full! Luckily the store is far away so I only get it once in a while.

                              Other then that, exercised about 4 or 5 times this week, not too bad.

                              October is half over today!!! It is half way through our challenge. I dont know if I'll reach my goal exactly, but I'm going to try to get as close to onederland as I possibly can by onederland!

                              Hope you have a great weekend! I might not be on much this week, my parents are coming in to town (from michigan) and renting a beach house. have a great week if i dont stop by to post!
