  • Mid-Year Resolution Thread For the Week of Oct. 2- Oct. 9

She is busy with Boot camp and will check in when she can. Some days she will have time and others not so much. Let's do her proud and support each other and check in often.
    Elsie

    From the Desk of Cleo....

    So how are you doing??

I hope you're faring well! we're just staring into October nearly (already)! Are you starting to feel the stress of the holidays approaching? Are you feeling nervous about hitting goal by New Year's? Do you feel like it's so far off you don't have to worry a whole lot?

I know that I'm getting a little nervous about the holidays approaching, and I've really picked up on the exercise.

I haven't cheated once, either! I'm so afraid that I won't make goal by New Year's! This is really a big deal for me. I REALLY want to hit that goal by New Year's!

You know, maybe we won't make it, even if we try REALLY hard. But come December 31st, you want to look in that mirror and know you did your best to do what you could to get there.

If you looked in the mirror today and it was December 31 could you say that?

If not, recommit yourself to this challenge! You know we're here for you, and I know more than ANYTHING I want to see you hit YOUR goal. In fact, if I could give up my goal for yours, I'd do it. I want you to make it that much.

I'm busy as a Drill Sergeant for Boot Camp right now and it kills me that I just don't have time to be in the challenge and talking with you. But now is the time to be strong. For yourselves and for each other.

Won't you please check in? Just let me know how you're doing, if you're struggling, if there's anything I can doi for you. Aside from BootCamp, you are my priority at ADBB, because I know you can make your goal by New Year's.

    We all can.

    With Love,
    Jamie

Yahoooooo! Cleo! Aaah....look at you! Beautiful! Just Beautiful!

Congrats on making the milestone mark. I can imagine it's a wonderful feeling far better then anything (well next to getting armpit seranades and hugs/kisses from your kids) in the world.

WOW-wow-wow Nikki! 6 pounds already! Way to go!!!

{{{jsj}}} Oh, girl! I'm so sad right now that you have a computer virus! Take it to BestBuy and they can fix it for you. Otherwise, try a system reboot and see what happens! Remember, because you're not here right now doesn't give you a reason to drop out of the race! It just means I'll expect you to spend all the more timie exercising and focussing on this way of eating!

You might be down right now, but there's no way you are out. You are not allowed to be! We're still needing you, you little pixie! Don't give up! I'll keep you in my prayers until you come back--which will be soon!

                  Love,

Congratulations Ms. Cleo.100pounds is awesome.Unofortunately I'm still at 202.I have a feeling I might be staying here for a while since I think it's one of my set points. But I'd rather be at 202 than 226.

I know what Cleo means about really wanting to hit goal. I do too!

I have lost another 1.5 pounds this week so my stats are now

                              40 to lose/17 lost/23 to go

Off to the gym this morning. Didn't go last week as my daughter was ill so it will probably be tough today.

                              Good luck everyone x
