I started recently doing Atkins (august 25th) Currently I weigh 217 By Christmas I would like to weigh 190. I would like to join your challenge if it isn't too late. I think it will help to motivate me through Thanksgiving. and most of the Christmas parties. Wishing everyone lots of losses.....

I am at 221 as of yesterday. So I am down 1 whole pound.!! Hey that's good, last week I stayed the same.

22 pounds from my christmas goal! I will do my best to get there.

hiya superdiva02!

i understand what your going through! i just went off the diet for a week and i gained 8 pounds. but i have lost 6 of those pounds so far so most was water weight. just hop back on the diet! i found that porkchops are cheap, pickles and hotdogs. those work allright for me for a while. and i also understand about your man bringing in all the sweets and goods! the other night my husband brought home ice cream! (he never eats ice cream) and i was like UUHHHH why did you do that?? and he said since he knows i am on this diet that i wont eat his ice cream now LOL :raving oh well. anyways good luck to you!
