Woohoo! I got to weigh today and am down to 194!!!!! Just what I needed to perk up my week!

Okay, today was weigh-in day and I'm down 1/2 pound...not much but I'll take it!

Big time whooshie for me....I'm down to 213 pounds......(that's a 6 pound loss).....WOW!

If you gyus hand out your adresses, I'll smack a stamp on the whooshie fairy and send her to you....

K well I am 159.5 which is only 9.5 pounds to my xmas goal, but I am having a little problem with wanting to eat..................EVERYTHING! Please let me get through next week without gaining too much weight

I told you I'd use your new photo as an inspiration this week..and it worked! I looked at it every day, and I've dropped 2 pounds.

Oh yeah...... I also had to eat properly. :yes

Anyway, it's nice to be heading downwards again, after a bit of a struggle for the past 3 weeks. I know that I probably won't make my Christmas goal, but for the first Christmas in a long time, at least I HAVE a weight-loss goal, and am determined to stay on the healthy track.

I'm glad it helped you moregently. It hasn't helped me, though. I am still at 136. The way my weight goes, though, it takes a few weeks, then I see a drop. With only one pound to go for my Christmas goal, it is frustrating waiting.
