I weighed this morning for the Thanksgiving challenge. 196. My goal was to be at 195, but close enough. Only 6 to go until Christmas though. I'm sure I'll make that one, may even lower it if I get there quickly. I always like something to work towards, motivates me to exercise more!
Hope everyone has had a great Thanksgiving.
Made some healthy turkey and veggie stew to enjoy over the few days. Hopefully it will help me to stay focused with all the goodies around.

A standing ovation! Weigh to go on your 2 pounds lost.
Stepped on the scale this morning and saw that 195! So saw my Thanksgiving goal the day after (oh well, better late than never) so now 5 pounds from my christmas goal :icondance :icondance :icondance
I can make it I know I can! Really trying to imagine 185 now, but I will stick to my goal and get there anything more will just be a blessing.
Really going to have to stop looking at the scale everyday now the Thanksgiving challenge is over. It just calls my name. This morning I was kind of expecting a gain, cause I wasn't as good as I could have been, but I watched my portion control and now doing induction for a few days and then back up to my OWL.
Hoping everyone had a great Thanksgiving. And wishing everyone losses.

okay well it's the darndest thing. i made low carb things for T-day and i THOUGHT i did real well. :confused but this morning i checked to see if i was in ketosis and i am not. BUT i lost a pound.... go figure. maybe i just overdid it on the low carb pumpkin pie or something. oh well.
