Hi guys!!!!!!! I'm a day late for weigh in, I decided to wait until today (my birthday!), because I was sooooo hoping I'd reach my weight of 4 years ago today. Which by the way (4 years ago) caused me to feel like I'd hit rock bottom by hitting my heaviest ever (without being pregnant), so I went that day to join the YMCA and started spinning, kickboxing, and yoga (for the next 5 months). Anyhoo, my point is that I was feeling like a big fat blob back then at that weight. Fast forward to today, I'm down 2 lbs. to 167!!!!!!!! :icondance :icondance :icondance :icondance The exact weight I was 4 years ago today! And what a different feeling now, I feel like I'm walking on air!! I feel better and more confident about myself than I have since I weighed 110 lbs.! I've lost 65 lbs. (still with a lot more to lose), but my perspective has certainly changed. I've had some setbacks, but have continued to lose steadily. I'm so thankful to have found the Atkins WOE and the support and advice I find here at
