YIPPEEEEEEEEEEE! No longer am I obese!!! :joy :joy :joy :joy
Down 2 lbs. to 158 - I'm now overweight! I never thought I'd be so happy to be overweight! All that turkey and still lost 2 lbs.! Plus, I just got my results from my cholesterol test - 181! I don't have a before to compare it, but it's normal! What a great day! Have a great weekend everyone!

I didn't get to check in last week because I went out of town. However I did check my weight before leaving on Wednesday and had good news. Not goal, but a whooshie. Unfortunately, I did major damage at the quilting retreat, so there goes the good news Going back on Induction this week.

Rissa: did you do anything different that may have pushed your weight loss to 8 pounds? any special new recipes, exercise, etc? Any help would be gretly appreciated.

BTW there is a new challenge starting going through the end of February if anyone is interested. I love to see everyone's progress weekly, it is so inspiring! So I'm there already. Just thought I'd invite anyone interested over too!

I wanted to apologise for not take the challange as seriously as I should've, obviously I didn't get anywhere close to my goal weight. But I applaud those of you who got close or hit your goal weight. Way to go! :icondance
