the scale is going down!!

i made chicken fingers breaded in pork rinds.. and i made the chocolate peanut butter swirl cheesecake.. i used real peanut butter cause i had no natural stuff.. I am sure that it is not that good for me but i need a fix lol.. hopefully it won't knock me down,,
and i am not too sure if I am in Ketosis or not... i try the strips but it seems like they do not change color and if they do its off by a shade on the first one,,, what does it mean???

Good for you for taking the time to make a cheat free desert. You know, there are so many recepies, and cheesecake is a wonderful choice. I made it once and used a chopped pecan & butter for the crust.
Bout the keto sticks. If they change color even slightly, you are in ketosis. If they get real dark, you are in the swing of things. If they stay dark for a long time, you may not be getting enough water. But any color change is a posative step.
