Congrats on the 2 pounds Andrea!

Not mentioning any names but if somebody wants to know what the updated stats are they are always posted near the begining of the new thread for the week and updated as the new numbers come in. They are up to date as we speak. ;^)

Hi everyone! I am sorry I have not been checking in every hour like we are supposed to. LOL I have decided to go back to induction. I am just not losing very well right now and need to see if I can't get this weight loss moving again. So, it is back to the basics for me for the next 2 weeks. Hopefully I will have some good losses to report. I am so proud of the rest of you LOSERS!! Have a good weekend everyone.

Holy cow, has it been another week already? Here I am checking in on the last day of the week.. I never even saw this thread! Bad Effie, BAD!

I've sorta been taking a break for the past week. I fell off the wagon and totally rationalized why I should continue eating carbs. It sounded rational while I was inhaling cornbread and butterfingers, but in retrospect, I think it may have been the carbs talking. Gee, ya think????

Anyhow... my new weight is 193.5! (I started at 191) Elsie, please don't update my stats. I don't want to be the only idiot in this challenge who manages to gain weight. Hopefully I'll lose it soon enough.
