Anyone care to Join Mary-Chan and me on this one?
We are going to make it to onederland~!
(However, you can pick and choose your own goals! You don't have to be anywhere near onderland- we are here for support no matter what!!!)
My goals this time around are....
1. 195 by Thanksgiving
2. Weigh and enter everything I put into my mouth into Fitday
3. Drink no less than 80oz of water per day
4. Exercise 700 minutes this month of November(will revise in Dec)
5. I will watch my caloried and carbs. I am aiming for 12-1600 cal a day.
We did the halloween challenge this month and didn't quite make it, however we did lose weight and we will make it to onderland soon!!!!!

Caution I BITE!
Even if onederland isn't a goal for you, feel free to join! The halloween challenge was a lot of fun! Even though we didnt' make it to goal, we are much closer now then we were before! Better to aim high and fall a little short then to aim low and reach your goals, is my motto!

.. Complacency is my enemy, lol! But it did move me to action! Went to Curves and did that for 40, walked my dog for 15, and did treadmill for 33 minutes. (1.5 mile, half of which was done at an incline.. and at 3.0 - 3.3 mph)..
Any excuse for another party!
