    Welcome Shelly,

    First, you need to go up to the User CP button on your screen and fill in some stats for yourself so we know a little more about you. For example, look at mine and you will see HW (highest weight)/SW (starting weight)/CW (current weight)/GW (goal weight). Also, add whatever else you feel you can share. Of course, all of this is optional.

    Second, set a goal weight for yourself to attain by Thanksgiving morning as this is the challenge we are doing now. I am not close to being able to get into Onderland by Thanksgiving (I am 260 now), but I still make a goal and join the group so I can have a team to work with.

    Third, set any other goals for yourself. For example: 1. eat only induction-legal foods. 2. Exercise X times a week for X number of minutes, etc.

    Then, check in with us and let us know how you are doing! It is as simple as that. Rikki, did I forget anything? Rikki (Loser4Life) started this thread so I hope I did her justice on explaining this.

        Deb's progress today...

        Hey ya'll,

        Whew, it is finals time at one of my schools so I am grading final papers like wildfire to meet my Friday deadline. Anyone want to help me grade 150 research papers? Nah, I didn't think so.

        I have not done my exercise yet today, but you know I will. I am actually beginning to get used to it now. The scale is still refusing to move, but I am hoping it is from exercising and my muscles using more fluid.

        I have had 1 carb today because I had two slices of bacon and one large egg (scrambled plain) for breakfast. I have also had 67.6 oz. of H2O. Man, I love me some water!

        I will post more later. Hope everyone is having a good day. Rikki, don't work too hard today!

          Can I join up?

          I don't think I can make it to onederland in only 22 days but I would like to lose at least 12 pounds.

          here are my goals.
          1. Eat only induction foods!!!!
          2. Be at 210 by Thanksgiving.
          3. Drink 120oz or more of water a day.
          4. Exercise 30 minutes five times a week.

              My water intake was right on track. I walked 1.2 miles which took about 40 minutes. (I walk a little slow). I really enjoy walking at the park especially this time of the year. I took some peanuts to feed the squirrels-they so enjoy them. I also documented in my FitDay like a good girl. My carb intake was 17 with 5 of that being fiber so I stayed under my 25 carb goal. I'm not going to weigh until Saturday. Don't expect to lose any as I tend to lose all at once and I lost some last Saturday so I may not lose this week but I will lose.

                Deb- Glad to see you are getting used to the exercise!!!!! Me too!!! I am loving it!
                Punkin- Way to go on meeting your goals!!! That is awesome!!!!!

                OK- so far today I have drank about probably 60oz water... I need to keep track better, I tend to fill up the bottle(20oz) like ten times aday but it may not be completely empty each time... Anywho- foods have been good as well, exercise, I rock(ahhheemmm) lol... I am just so proud of myself for getting up early to do TurboJam20, then I took BOTH dogs to the park today(it wasn't bad as I thought it would be walking two 60lb dogs!) and we walked for about 40 minutes!- That was instead of coming home and taking a nap before my second job! Yeay! Go ME! OK- off to change my siggy and enter stuff into fitday!!! Hope yall are having an awesome day!!!

                  Sounds like you are having a wonderful day. I have had two teleconferences today and they were spaced where with work I have not gotten to exercise yet. But, I will later this evening. I have had 84 oz. of water and 4.3 grams of carb today and I am watching the calories too. So, I am going to be alright.

                      I just had to post this... it is my horoscope for today!!!

                      A large assembly of forces is gathering at this time to make a bold statement and an important pledge, dear Aquarius. This is the kind of movement that brings together entire generations and unites people to form a revolution of some sort. Put away the petty issues and think on a global scale. Educate yourself about what is going on in the world, and take a more aggressive stand in fighting for what you believe. A small group of intelligent individuals can make a tremendous impact.

                        I think they are talking about our little group! We are going to make a difference in our lives and in the lives of the people we love. We will do it!

                        Oh, I was thinking ahead of a name for a November-Christmas Challenge for us (I know, we barely started the Thanksgiving one), but I like the name "Sexy for Santa" for the next one. What do you think?

                            Thats cute! I had anticipated using this one through New Years or january but we will see how it goes!!!

                            Todays check in:
                            1464 cal
                            19 net carbs
                            60 minutes exercise
                            80oz water- will do better tomorrow!
                            Fitday- Check(obviously since I got the calorie count!)

                            I feel good although I am tired as all get out! I am planning on getting up and doing TJ20 again in the morning so hopefully I will get a good nights rest~!

                            Check in tomorrow morning!!!

                            Diva, Scirbo and Time- How did yall do today? Hope you are still in with us!!!!

                              Well, that is cool! I am Happy to keep onderland for a long time. Maybe I could hit onderland by the first day of Spring (March 20). I can do that...don't you think?
