    Where are my onderland buddies?

    Hey ladies!

    Where is everyone this evening? How is the eating going? Are you exercising? Today is my day off from exercising. I was shooting for 5/7 days, but I did 6/7 so I am letting myself off today. Plus, I signed up for the new challenge #22 so I have to be ready to roll tomorrow.

      Shelly- Way to keep it strong when you went out to eat! I think that is the hardest part for me, whenever all my friends/bf are eating those nasty stick to your butt buttery rolls of horridness!!! or when they are eating something fried that I can't have, or fries or potato chips... ok, I will stop now I am getting hungry! LOL The keto stix can be used a couple days after starting induction, however I wouldn't use them as a guide to whether you are doing well or not. I hear a lot of people who say they aren't very accurate depending on how old they are etc. Also- way to go on the exercise!!!!! You are doing great!

      Kimmy- Glad you are sticking to the plan!!!! Glad you and deb decided to hide the sales too! They are evil little things!!!! Also, thats great your leg cramps are easing! I know how awful they can be!!!

      Deb- Man you are a posting maniac!!! LOL... Sorry I haven't been around much the past couple days. Very busy at work and then we haven't been hoime much this week! Way to go on the 6/7 days of exercise! I have done 7/7 I can't hardly believe it myself!!!! 5 days of the month and I am already almost 1/2 way to my BCtcCW goal! I too have joined the 6WEC! Yeay! We can do this!!! Oh yeah, and to me you didn't really have a bad cheat! I keep nuts around in case I don't have time to eat when I am very busy at work. I actually had some this afternoon. I buy a thing of mixed nuts and then weigh out 1 oz portions...

        I had wrote so much I didn't wanna los it. Sometimes my computer just shuts itself off for no apparent reason ... OK


        My stats for yesterday
        Cal: 1585
        Net carbs: too many
        exercise: 20TJ, and 25 walking/ stair climbing at work
        water: I can't recall.... hmm, probably at lease 60 tho.

        Today:
        Cal:1178
        Net Carbs:15
        Water, slacking but plan to drink some more and more before bed
        Exercise: 1 hour walk with dogs at the park!

        Tomorrow morning I am going to try on a pair of pants that wouldn't even come close to buttoning last month. I hope they are closer!!!

        I went shopping today after work and bought way way way way way too much stuff! But, I only went to JC Penneys and they had soooo much on sale!!! I got a ton, I mean *ton* of stuff I can wear to work most tops were 10-15 bucks.... I spent a pretty penny but I honestly think I did well! ALSO, I hope my, uhh, top isn't shrinking. I have always worn a xl tom but today many of them wouldn't fit, they bulged under my arms. I hope it is just my arms and rib cage shrinking and not my bookahs!

        OK- enough rambling. I have posted a book! Talk to yall later! Its almost my bedtime and I have a lot of catchign up to do around here!

          Yes, I have had a boring weekend so I have been a posting monster! Thanks for telling me the slip was no so bad. I have decided to start using the fitday thing and that way I can keep better track of what I am eating. I have enjoyed the day off from exercise because I was getting sore, but I will be happy to do it again tomorrow. I am going to make my goal of 900 this month! As for the food, I did ok today and am cheat free. I am going to start watching the calories though because I think I was eating a little too liberally and it was causing some problems. "Calories, calories, calories!" said Dolly Parton as Truvy in my favorite movie of all time "Steel Magnolias".

            How are you all doing today? Drinking your H2O? Exercising? Come on now...give me an update.

            For full details you can check out my journal in the "journal forum" under Debbie's Journal. I already did my 30 minutes today, have been cheat free and am up to 117 oz. of perfect fluid! YUMMY!

              I don't know why but I am having a time trying to get a lot of water down! I did exercise today, I was goign to take a rest day but I thought how I would feel if I did that the first day of the 6WEC! NOT ME, 45 minutes walking in the park... cals were a bit high today too. I worked at Arby's this morning so that always seems to put my higher on my calories. totals are 1685 cal, 19 net carbs, still drinking my water, 45 min exercise.

              How is everyone else doing today? Mary- you hanging around?! Hope you are having a good trip!

                There are days when the thought of a drip of water gets me ill too. But, I make myself get through the first glass and after that it is no so bad. I am glad you didn't take the day off today cause I was the same way...I didn't want to start the challenge with taking the day off.

                  I have no probs drinking it until I start drinking something else... I like drinking water tho- also, I was down a bit this morning. down to 202~ yeay! I can't wait to hit oneerland! And stay in onederland!!!! FOREVER!- ok time for bed, I am sleeepy~

                    Rikki,

                    I don't like the taste of most other drinks now to be honest if that makes sense. I used to drink tea or soda with meals, but now I find that even when I slip and have a diet soda, it masks the flavor of the food to me. I want to taste the food so I think of the water as simply lubricant for making the fat melt off.

                      Ok, I'm back. Working all weekend and sleeping/taking care of kids in between. my mom is visiting which helps!

                      Got through my weekend. Did good on water-100+ oz on Sat. Not good at all on Sunday. Will work hard at it today after I am done sleeping for the day.

                      Eating is going well. I was extra hungry Sat night. Felt weak at work. Did have food with and ate, but do have TOM, so sometimes that makes me weak.

                      Muscle cramps/twitching very much improved!

                        I did really well with my water over the weekend and food choices.

                        I also did a 30 minute workout on Sunday and played ball with my son.

                            Hey guys: I didn't do very well this weekend with my goals. My exercise went to the dogs due to back issues. I have chronic back issues due to a ruptured lumbar disc but cope with it most of the time. On Thursday, it flared up bigtime and is SCREAMING big time for the present and I've had to forgo the exercise. I can't lose weight due to a high metabolic resistance without exercise and that discourages me with everything else. I promise to do better this week. Tomorrow's post should look much better.
