    Hi everyone-

    Mary- Of course we will get there!!! Soon enough!!!! I didn't exercise yet today, and frankly- I don't think I am gonna... sheesh, so close to my goal fro the month- what a loser- no, I am not. Just lazy today. Seems I always do better the beginning of the weeks and towards the end I eat too much... oh well. I haven't eaten too much today but yesterday I think I did... Didn't get everything logged into fitday and don't think I can remember everything... sheeesh- I will get better. I MUST. I will make my goal to onederland by Thanksgiving... I may not make it to 195, but by golly- I am gonna be under 200... If not... no Thanksgiving foods for me lol... jk. You know I am gonna munch on some most delicious turkey!!!

    OK, so 2 days without exercise... I was gonna go for a walk after work but I worked too late and now its dark, and the park closes in a bit over an hour. SOOOOOO..... I will make myself go tomorrow. Plus I will be unloading the truck at work which, in a way is like weight liftin! OK- gotta run... I am getting hungry adn I may just have roast leftovers from last night....

    How are yall doin????? Where is the rest of the crew~>?

      Rikki,

      I think unloading the truck at work totally counts as exercise. I have seen my sister unload and stock at CVS and it is WORK! I know you are going to get out with those doggies tomorrow.

        you and i started at the same weight and now I am at 210. I would desperately like to be at 199 by thanksgivcing, but thats 11 lbs in 11 days...NOT happening. Although I have been doing 1 hour of cardio a day so whos knowsss

          Hey that's funny we really did start at the exact same weight!! You're rate of loss looks to be exactly the same as mine too - about 10 pounds per month or so. Awesome!! one hour of cardio is great!!! So hard to do.. I can't seem to do one hour straight - I get too bored.. If I split up my exercise like 45 minutes once, half an hour later in the day, I can do alright though. I bet you get to 199 a lot quicker then it is taking me!! I got complacent and slacked off in the exercise department once I got to 210 and man do I wish I had kept going at full steam!!


          Today was a challenge for me. I went to Disneyland with my fiance and my god you can taste the sugar in the air!!! And my df always gets these pineapple dole whips (icecream with pineapple juice).. they are soo heavenly, and I so wanted to take a bite, but I didn't!! And then walking by the pretzel stands and everything.. arggh it was really hard!! Anyway, I am glad to be home now away from the sugary temptations!! It was way too crowded today anyway, we didn't get to do much except shop.

          Well that was my day. I did manage to go to Curves earlier and walked the dog. I think i did okay today, as long as I don't eat again before i go to bed.

          How was everyone else's day? I hope you all are having a good day!!

            Good Morning... I ended up making dinner, taking two bites, getting irritated, put it in the fridge and went to bed at 5:30. I slept until 6:30 this morning! Yikes... But, I am about to do Si6, then off to work..... I didn't eat a whole lot of calories yesterday considering I slept the day(night)away! yikes, oh well..... hopefully I will get off of work on time and can walk teh dogs at the park too! OK- I saw 201.6 this morning..... my ticker says 201.4 and I am not changing it!!!!!! I AM going to have to change it tomorrow when I weigh in lower than that!!!!!

              I think everyone needs a challenge every now and then and I like this one. It gives me something to work towards and hey when I make it, I can hit the stores for all the after Christmas sales and do some shopping as my reward. Here is what I'm going to stick to:

              1) Drink no less than 60oz water per day

              2) Enter everything I eat into Fitday

              3) Exercise 30 mins. per day four days a week

              4) Reach 199 lbs. by January 01, 2006

              5) CONGRATULATE MYSELF woooohooo

                Welcome, Sunshine!! Great goals!

                The scale for today was the same as yesterday.. but I know I lost a little weight, does that make any sense??? I felt skinnier when I woke up and did evrything right yesterday, but the scale didn't reflect that.. Hopefully tomorrow it will show twice the weight though... I HOPE!!

                Okay for exercise today I will have to do treadmill and maybe an aerobic video. Curves is closed on sunday darnit!! Maybe I'll try something new.

                  Welcome Sunshine!!! I am so glad you are here!!! We can all do this together!!! That I am sure of!!!

                  Mary- I know exactly what you mean about feeling different than the scale says... I have been feeling like I have gained the past few days, well, I feel bloated anyway. and the scale seems to stay the same so hopefully after this "bloat" goes down the scale will move accordingly!!!!

                  I did Si6 ramp it up this morning, for the first time I did the resistance band part- I didn't knwo you could just use weights before- now I do! I plan to get up early in the morning and do it again... I think I am going to do it unless I am short on time then I will do the Turbo Jam 20... walking at work when I can as well.
                  Gotta up my water- yesterday and today were lousy in that department. I always seem to do better at the beginning of the week!!!
                  I went shopping today and found some cute tops- btu I was looking for pants... I also found the cutest doggie jackets I had to get for my guys, I will post links in a minute! I bought a shiny sequined purse too~~~ I love it!

                  OK- gotta run upload those so you guys can see my cute babies!

                    Did you read my journal? I have broken a bone in my foot...it is in a freakin' cast and I am on crutches. I am going to take the thing off with a knife if it doesn't stop itching! There goes my good exercise streak...

                              Deb, I am so sorry to hear about your foot, ouch!! I hope you get better soon. Give it lots of rest in the meantime!!

                              I am sick again, I don't know why or how!! I think it's because the weather has been so crazy here in LA. It'll be 60 degrees one day and then 90 degrees the next. That always makes me sick. Hopefully it's just a one day thing, like it was a few weeks ago. Or maybe I caught something from the throngs of people at disneyland yesterday, who knows! Anyway I wonder if being sick holds back your weight loss for a while? Anyone have any experience with that? Cuz I am so frustrated today for not having lost anything!!
