I'm back. I've just been very busy with work and kids. Still doing good with eating. Have not been good with water consumption or exercise. The scale is making me mad. I will not be making my goal of 199 by Thanksgiving. I think I am starting the PMS water weight gain. I really need to learn to just stay off of that scale. The good thing is that even though I'm frustrated, I haven't binged. In the past when I have gotten frustrated with the scale I have thrown in the towel. I guess the difference now is that I know I NEED to lose weight for my health and for my kids. I have insulin resistance which is one step from diabetes. I need to get things under control.

You can do it...one minute, one day, one week at a time.
Then, try to go without it if you can or until you can find out how to count it.

need to drink some water and eat brekkie, take a shower adn get my butt in gear!!! Only 5 hours till takeoff!!!!!
