Looks like you and I are right about even now, again lol! Okay, we both HAVE to make it, for one another's sake!!!
I haven't posted much since thanksgiving because I overate (legal foods) SO MUCH that I have been too busy hitting myself on the head for my mistake instead of just focusing on moving forward like I should. Anyway, I am almost right where I was before Thanksgiving so I feel less frustrated. Can't change the past just have to learn from my mistakes!!
I have a few short term goals I will try to focus on:
1. Try to get to 194 by this Thursday. I know I can make it if I work extra hard and get my exercise goals in!!
2. Get down to at least 189 by December 12 - (My df and I's 4th anniversary). Really really want this goal!! I so crave to be in the 180's!!
3. Down to 185 by Christmas morning. I can do it if I work hard enough and stop screwing up.
November was a tough month for me, I had temptations everywhere (more then usual), was out of routine a lot (travelling), and had the flu. Not excuses just reminders to not be so hard on myself. December should be easier, I hope!!! (except christmas of course, but I'll worry about that later)
Alright, today is a new day, must keep moving forward..
