    OK guys-------- I have been majorly slacking!!!!!!! I am rededicating myself to this challenge!!!!!
    My new Winter Onederland challenge will be 190 by Christmas Morning.
    I will drink PLENTY of water
    I will take my supplements
    I will enter everything into fitday no matter how much of a pain I make it out to be!!!
    I will keep my calories below 1800. I will shoot for 12-1500.
    I will exercise at least 5 days per week. 3 of them being Si6!!!

    Is anyone else with me on this one??? Set your new goals!!!! We can do this!!!! Where is that energy we had at the beginning of this thread!!!!!!!
    Glad to see you revitalized!! Looks like you and I are right about even now, again lol! Okay, we both HAVE to make it, for one another's sake!!!

    I haven't posted much since thanksgiving because I overate (legal foods) SO MUCH that I have been too busy hitting myself on the head for my mistake instead of just focusing on moving forward like I should. Anyway, I am almost right where I was before Thanksgiving so I feel less frustrated. Can't change the past just have to learn from my mistakes!!

    I have a few short term goals I will try to focus on:

    1. Try to get to 194 by this Thursday. I know I can make it if I work extra hard and get my exercise goals in!!
    2. Get down to at least 189 by December 12 - (My df and I's 4th anniversary). Really really want this goal!! I so crave to be in the 180's!!
    3. Down to 185 by Christmas morning. I can do it if I work hard enough and stop screwing up.

    November was a tough month for me, I had temptations everywhere (more then usual), was out of routine a lot (travelling), and had the flu. Not excuses just reminders to not be so hard on myself. December should be easier, I hope!!! (except christmas of course, but I'll worry about that later)

    Alright, today is a new day, must keep moving forward..

    Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
    First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving

      Even with the 3lbs jump up because of tom, so far i've lost 8 lbs in 5 days!
      I'd like to hope i'd be in onederland by the weeked (our 1 yr anniversary) But I know lots of that is just water so I won't be holding my breath. Would be nice tho!

        Way to go, that's awesome!! It took me my first whole month of atkins to lose 8 pounds, so 8 pounds in 5 days that's pretty darn amazing, congrats!!!

          Hi everyone

          Sorry I haven't been around. I thought I may be pregnant so came off plan for a week or so. Anyway, am not (phew!) and so am back on track.

          Will let you know how I get on next Monday when I weigh in. Hope to at least lose anything I have gained.

            Great goals Mary!!! Your 185 seems to be too ambitious for me... but if you can do it maybe I can too! LOL- you gt there and I will be right on your heels ok?! I have done better today, still down a bit on my water but much better than it has been and I am drinking some at the moment! Foodwise I feel pretty good about today too. I had 2 eggs and 3 slices turkey bacon for breakfast, for lunch our power went out at work so we couldn't heat our meals so we took an hour for lunch and ate at chilis. I had chicken tacos minus the tortillas. They were very yummy. Extra lettuce and veggies of course... and for dinner I am having spinach, mushrooms(both fresh) and veggie chicken strips. Very good. If I am still hungry I may have a bit of salad or some sf jello...
            so far calories are at 1355 fat is 71 and net carbs are 29. which isn't too bad I dont' think!!!!
            Oh, I also did RIU today and I will do it again in the morning too!!! I need to go to the eye doctor in the morning also so I should be up and moving early!!! Its my day off and from what I can tell Sh** has hit the fan at my second job and I may have to be picking up some slack from other managers... sheesh, Everytime I think I can get away from that place it hooks me back in!!! grrrrr...
            ok- talk atcha later..

              I'm still hanging in there! Have been doing the holiday thing and working 12 hour shifts all weekend. Supposed to be at work right now but can't make it into town cause we're having a blizzard. Made it through Thanksgiving without a cheat. I am close to TOM right now and am feeling the cravings and mood swings big time so have been eating a little more legal foods. I happened to step on the scale this morning when I got home from work. It has gone down some. I will step on again in the morning cause I always weigh more after working all night then when I sleep all night. Hopefully it will be down more.

              My New Goals:

              Drink at least 80 oz water/day (100 oz was just too much for me)
              Step on scale no more than once/week
              Weigh 195 by Christmas
              Exercise 4-5 times/week for at least 30 minutes

                If things aren't working out the way you wanted them to - remember just by being here and not giving up, even if you falter occasionally, you are still a success!!!!!

                  Hi guys! I didn't do as well as I wanted to today, I haven't felt up to par today. My tummy hurts, I am undecided as to if I should take a sick day fom teh 6wec or if I should just call it a rest day... hmmmm... anywho- I did eat a few beans today but other than that I am on plan, I didn't take supplements cause of my tummy and haven't been drinking water. only diet gingerale.... catch up with ya later!

                    Ack, I hope my posts weren't contagious!!!!! I hope you feel better and aren't sick for a week and a half like I was!! If you are, I'd start stocking up on sugar free Jell-o and chicken broth Take care of yourself!

                    I am glad tomorrow is the start of December. It is nice to start fresh and re-energized!!

                    So far I did 50 minutes on the treadmill today. That is the most exercise I've done in the past few weeks, it feels nice to be back on track!!! Every little bit that I can do pushes me closer to goal

                        Hmm I don't know! I will leave it up to everyone else or you! It might pull a few more people in if we start a new thread maybe.

                        Well I just got back from Curves, making my total exercise time for today 2 hours even, woohoo!! Now I'm hungry again but I make it a rule for myself not to eat past 7 pm. Well, I will make a yummy cheddar cheese omellette again tomorrow morning to make up for it. I better see some results on that scale tomorrow lol!
