Opps! For some reason it keeps stripping my quotation marks from the code! All you need to do is add a " before the http and after the gif and that should make it work.

Do you like celery? Peanut butter is awesome on celery!!

OMG! I hope you are okay! Not sure how long a black eye lasts but I'd be willing to bet it is at least a couple of days.

Darn that didn't work Toni!! I thought that was it though..the command has to be in quotations. Hard to believe I used to have a website that I built from scratch with html, isn't it?? LOL! Any other ideas?

I don't have any celery...but it would be a good way to get some vegies in.

Thank you for the warm welcomes!

I felt bad about binge eating today...well, actually, I believe I cleared out the deli counter. BUT I made it up with da da da....

***4 mile walk away the pounds***

Much easier than treadmill-ing but it's the only workout I can sustain for longer than 20 minutes.

Elsie- I am on induction still. I kept falling off the wagon because I tend to eat when I'm depressed. I had a sudden awakening two days ago that i was letting depression take over my life. I've had to withdraw from courses during the last two weeks of school because I can't concentrate.

Holy Smoly! That took a lot of work to get that to work. Some of the html was starting to come back to me and I tried a few different things. But what worked was a simple right click on the graphic, copy and paste into my signature....LOL! Sometimes I make things a lot harder than they need to be. Thanks Toni!

Okay Kinkay...I replied in your other thread but will do so here too. If I were you I would stay away from the processed meats. Drink at least 12 cups of water a day. And make your salad at lunch a good one. Taco salad is popular...so add your protein in it. It will help with the bingeing. Use a dark green lettuce..like romaine or spinach. Have another salad later if you need too or at supper if you didn't. Try it. I was a eat all day person too. Couldn't wait to finish whatever I was eating so I could eat something else. Also...use fitday just to see what you are doing. It is a useful tool.

Okay..bedtime for me...catch you all tomorrow!

                Re: Mid-Year Resolution, November 27-Dec 3

                Goooooooooooooooooooood morning, lovelies!

I hope you are all exceedingly well this morning! Wipe the sleep out of your eyes. Stretch those muscles! Set some goals for this week!

I am going to exercise religiously everyday!

34 days left until New Year's Eve!

That gives you enough time to lose weight if you try. You might not hit the goal you set for yourself, but that's ok!

Heck, isn't it more important to be able to look 34 days into the future and be happy with where you are if you start today?

                YES, I say!

So what are you waiting for?! C'mon you sexy bunch of adorable women! I want to see those thinning thighs! Those sultry svelte slimming shapes! Let's decrease your bottom line! Let your profit margin be a slimmer thigh!

                Invest in yourself for success!

                Let's do it!

                  Re: Mid-Year Resolution, November 27-Dec 3

Back home again after a long weekend away, stayed the same weight wise, so I'm happy bout that! Just completed the half way mark for the SI6 exercise challenge, and I must say the ole bode is toning up nicely! Bought a size 12 pair of pants on the weekend, I screached with joy, terrified poor DH, he thought I was in pain!!! I haven't been a size 12 since junior high, and that was a few years ago. I'm hoping that a size 10 can be in sight for NYE! Weight loss has slowed down alot, but inches are moving faster now!
